"Great staff but the room was tiny, the bathroom door was like a cupboard door and not signed but it was ok. Next day I ordered porridge and poached eggs on toast. Only got porridge after an hour so had to race for work. Poached eggs take 3 mins"

"Amazing hotel in a fabulous location. The staff were always friendly and helpful and breakfast was a great buffet choice. We didn’t have time to use the gym or pool however we really appreciated the inclusive access as well as the option to use the spa and golf courses."

"Arrived and door access code didn't work - had to phone and then it was messaged to me. The bathroom skirting boards were really dirty. The kitchen was really basically equipped with only wine glasses for cold drinks. Reported on arrival but no action taken. Property however was perfectly serviceable ..."
