"I booked last minute with Dan and I’m so glad I did! The cottage was very cute and perfect for me and my friends. It was just a short walk to the beautiful downtown as well as beach. Dan was also extremely responsive which was also awesome. I will definitely be back!!"

"Jane and Mark made our stay welcoming and very pleasant The cottage was very clean had every thing we need and more. Would definitely be there next year our stay was the last week in August 2025. "This property is amazing! Spectacular Sunrise, deck over looking the bay. The master bedroom also has an amazing view of the bay with total privacy. Not even hurricane Erin could dampen our vacation, the property owner made sure of that! An amazing experience and place to stay when visiting LBI!"

"Truly a phenomenal location. Close to everything but tuck away in a quiet little neighborhood. House was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids could have easily added a few more adults/kids and still been fine. Joe was a great host explained everything in great detail and was incredibly responsive. "This home was perfect for our family! The house is modern and clean, has all needed amenities, is in a great location and has a lovely pool. There are plenty of chairs for lounging poolside as well as eating outdoors around a table. The host was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house. We are planning to return next. year. Loved it!!!!"

"A wonderful house in a fantastic location in Ocean Grove. we had about 16 people and everyone had plenty of room. i would update the kitchen pots and pans but that is really the only thing i would change. Fabulous shoprite not too far away and we enjoyed tino’s pizza one night. we really loved the house- thank you!There was no laundry detergent- tried to start a load of towels and sheets when I saw the container was empty. "

"The location was great! We were 10 minutes away from Island Vista Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for crabbing and we came back to cook the crabs and eat them out back by the bay watching the boats go by. Perfect getaway for our family!"

Plus, the location is incredible, just steps from everything downtown Red Bank has to offer. Sandy was very easy to communicate with.
