Chalet in Serre-Chevalier-Briançon

We are renting out our brand-new chalet, built two years ago, with 140 m² of living space.
It’s located in Briançon, with many hiking trails starting right from the chalet.
For cyclists, the chalet is situated on the road to the Col de l’Izoard.
Just 5 minutes from the Serre Chevallier ski slopes (Prorel gondola).
On the first floor, there is a large entryway, a bedroom, and a laundry room. On the first floor, there is the living room/kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet. On the second floor, there is a large landing, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet.

The chalet features underfloor heating on all three levels, providing gentle and comfortable warmth. The two floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room open onto the balcony and lead directly to the garden.

All appliances are provided: coffee maker, microwave, raclette machine, stone grill, crepe maker, and toaster. We have a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher—all the comforts of a year-round chalet!

We don’t have a TV, but we provide a video projector so you can relax with a movie after a hard day of skiing!

We can provide sheets and towels.
