    Located in the private and historic town of Brewster, this home is a dream spot for exploring all the Cape has to offer. Its open-concept kitchen and living space provide an ideal setting for entertaining fellow guests, while the cozy Cape-Modern decor with ocean-inspired touches creates a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the owners' passion for the Cape. Designed with families and mixed groups in mind, the two-bedroom, two-bath layout—including a sunny children's room—offers ample space and thoughtful organization for relaxation. Beautifully clean and nestled within a quiet, landscaped community, this fully equipped apartment ensures you can focus on your adventures without any hassle. Enjoy comfortable beds, modern conveniences, and easy access to nearby attractions and a golf course for morning walks, making every stay both convenient and memorable. What's Nearby: Being located in Brewster gives this home easy access to all corners and reaches of Cape Cod. In addition to the nearby pools and tennis, pickleball courts are now open and can be accessed by purchasing a pass. Want to spend a day in Provincetown? It is only 32 miles away. Planning a trip to the National Seashore? Only 18 miles away. If you want to stay local there are numerous beaches in Brewster including Ellis Landing Beach only 1.4 miles away! To top it all off, this unit is located directly in the middle of the stunning Ocean Edge Resort Golf Course which is known on the Cape to be the most beautiful resort available. Things to Know: For access to the pool/entertainment center, guests will need to pay $25 per day (per person) for an amenities pass at the The Links Club House membership office. Guests may purchase up to six passes - it allows access to the pool and fitness center. Guests will have to fill out a form and then pick up passes membership center, located outside the golf pro shop. Kids under six years of age are free, and passes for guests 15 years and younger cost $10 per day.

Great stay in Brewster

The property was great for my friend and I! We stayed 3 nights and loved the decor and golf course surroundings. Very centrally located in Brewster. Used it as a springboard for visiting Martha’s Vineyard and Chatham. Only challenge we had was the firmness of the beds in the 2nd bedroom, which might be something others appreciate.

This home was in a beautiful and peaceful area. The setting was lovely and the home was warm and inviting and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 2 bathrooms. We were even allowed an early check in which was a huge help. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend in your lovely home!

Amazing place, very spacious! Beautifully decorated - felt cozy and like a home. Very Family friendly; great amenities available such as, bunk beds for children, large bed in private room for adults. Has all the kitchen tools we needed, coffee maker, smoothie blender, nice soaps, even board games & puzzles, balcony with electric grill, and modern TV, washing and drying machines. Perfect location in the middle of cape code easy access to everything! Overall, fantastic place to return to for vacationing!

Ocean Mandevilla LLC ..

Paradise found!!

The updates to this already amazing home away from home make it incredibly difficult to want to leave. Conveniently within short distance to some of the best beaches on The Cape, Ocean Mandevilla has updated HVAC and other features that make it more modern than many of the other units at the Ocean's Edge resort. Gary and Laura are amazing hosts who have anticipated how to delight their guests in nearly every way. Thanks for another brilliantly safe and cozy stay!

I stayed here with 5 friends and we had an amazing time!!! The condo was immaculate with everything we could need, and we all fit comfortably. You can't beat the location of this condo, with access to biking, beach, and loads of restaurants close by!!! It was the perfect spot to do lots of exploring, and was a welcoming space to come home to after a long day. I am definitely recommending this rental to all my friends, and can't wait to return again!!!

Great stay!

We stayed at the Ocean Mandevilla in July and were very happy. The home was clean, with modern touches, and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the cork flooring especially during this time. All the appliances were updated - except the oven - but it worked fine. I would definitely recommend this home.

Super clean and well planned

Everything in the house was spotless and felt brand new. The decor was perfect for the setting and the deck looking over the water was great for morning coffee. The guest info guide made it so easy to access and fully utilize what the property has to offer. Every item in the house has a purpose and nothing ever left us wanting. Also the ceiling fan was perhaps the coolest thing my kid had ever seen. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place was nice—clean, uncluttered, great views out the windows and in a fantastic location. The only downside was the 10-digit code required to unlock the door. It often took us several attempts (like 10 - 20) to get it right, which was quite frustrating. My suggestion to the owner: consider switching to a simpler 4-digit code for a smoother experience.
