"Wonderful home with a great fenced in area for our dogs to play. Truly a dog friendly home. Was a few blocks from downtown so we could walk back and forth to shops and restaurants. The Cardinal drive thru was a block away and had amazing food for a quick meal. A white squirrel was running around the front yard. Will be back."

"The home is a great location, close to many hikes and easy drive to Brevard. My kids loved using the boats on the lake and the home was very relaxing. The dock is not there anymore but the bank is sandy and easy to beach the boats on. Owner was very responsive to questions. Would definitely love to stay there again. "

"This place was exactly what we were looking for. Our host and hostess are very attentive. The place was very clean and we just enjoyed the whole weekend sitting on the back porch and enjoying listening to the birds we saw 4 large deer a cool looking bat and I finally got to see a white squirrel. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back."

"I liked this place so much! View alone worth all the price.This little cabin is located nearby a town of Brevard on the property with some other cabins, but your privacy is guaranteed.There is no cell reception, but the wifi covers all your data needs.The hosts are very nice people, the cabin made and designed with love and has everything you need.Amenities are very nice, you’ll want that nice hot tub time after a long hike for sure."

"John's place is a true gem! The house has absolutely everything we needed to have a relaxing, fun-filled weekend of mountain biking. All the staples we needed for cooking, laundry, and bathroom essentials were provided, letting us focus on having a blast. The house is a short drive from several different biking areas, and being able to bring our dogs was a huge plus. Being able to soak our sore muscles in the hot tub at the end of the day was a dream come true. We will be back for sure!"

"We are 3 generations from Myrtle Beach, SC and we all live within 3 miles of the Atlantic. We watched weather reports all week about Tropical Storm Debby, and though it came ashore Thursday morning with torrential rains, we left anyway! 7 hours later, we arrived at the most beautiful, serene house in the mountains! Pure paradise for 3 days and we're already planning a longer stay--same location-- next year! "
