Great location. Short walk to much of downtown Brevard. Large property with plenty of rooms and beds. Very comfortable and convenient.

Great location walking distance to town. Well stocked with lots of extra towels and supplies. Host was generous in allowing us early check-in. House is dated and in need of some repairs and a deep cleaning.

Spent 3 nights at The Eddy before camp drop off. The host was easy to communicate with, accommodating to our request to add a day to our stay at the last minute, the house was clean and well appointed, and was an easy walk into downtown Brevard. Highly recommend!

We really loved the space and location. The main level bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents, and the living/dining/kitchen space plus the screened porch offered a lot of flexibility for people to have their own space. The location was so nice and close to downtown, and we enjoyed the Farmer's Market right behind the house on Saturday. We would absolutely stay here again!

Spacious home near the heart of Brevard

Wonderful property, great location, fantastic hosts! This was the perfect place for our family with a toddler, within walking distance to shops, cafes and playgrounds. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We'll definitely come back in the future if we can!

Awesome Weekend at The Eddy

The Eddy is as advertised. Check in was seamless. Well stocked home with a marvelous outdoor area and an easy walk to downtown Brevard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Trip

This was a great house for our family. It was very close to the shops and food downtown. My mother in law has some mobility issues and the house was easy for her to navigate. Thanks for a great weekend trip!
