    Located on a quiet, upscale street lined with beautiful mature trees, this modern home presents a luxe Brevard hideaway. Affectionately nicknamed The Lime House, this designer downtown retreat boasts large fenced front and back yards and 2,500 square feet of professionally updated living space. Highlights include all-new furnishings, a roomy front porch, amazing natural light, and four smart TVs. Indulge your inner chef in two full kitchens or host a leisurely cookout on your sunny deck! Situated on the forest bike/hike trail, this downtown hideaway is ideal for cyclists, providing easy access to the best of Brevard. Take a leisurely walk to the gorgeous Bracken Preserve and the Brevard Music Center. The Lumber Arts District and downtown shops and eateries are also within a short stroll. Natural light bathes the living room, appointed with stylish furnishings and a large smart TV. The game room includes a selection of books and board games, while the den is detailed with a newly-serviced Wurlitzer upright piano and 88-Key Electric Piano. Whip up delicious dishes in two full kitchens, one on each level of the home. Both are configured with helpful gadgets, ample cookware, and adjacent dining areas -- perfect for meal-time flexibility. Enjoy morning coffee on the covered patio. Listen to the gentle sounds of rain on the tin roof of your roomy front porch. Host a cookout on your deck, complete with alfresco dining space and a four-burner gas grill. Perfect for a picnic or a game of catch, the expansive fenced yards abut a peaceful wooded lot. Perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, YouTube TV (100 channels), streaming services, an Xbox, games, and a washer/dryer.
    Things to Know
  • Three vehicles may park in the driveway. Street parking is not available. There is also off-site parking for additional or recreational vehicles guests may inquire about.
  • This dog-friendly home has two fenced yards, a small pet door, and a bike wash that doubles as a dog wash.
  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Excellent accommodations

We stayed for a family wedding in Brevard. Great location. Excellent set up for multiple couples. Plenty of space and walking distance to downtown.

Comfortable and Creatively Charming

We loved the well appointed kitchen and baths, and the comfortable beds. We especially love Brevard, and feel the interior of the home reflects the uniqueness of this creative mountain community. Brevard is located near the Pisgah National Forest, and just a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway, so it has many hiking, fly-fishing and recreational opportunities.

Great family weekend

This property was great for our family to meet for a wonderful weekend. Just a few blocks from downtown where there are lots of nice shops and antiques. We met here then drove a short way to visit "A Pretty Place" where my son proposed to his girlfriend. We also drove to Hendersonville for the NC Apple Festival. Great location. Will definitely keep this place on our list of favorites!

Great Location

We arrived on Thanksgiving Day and had a wonderful time at the Lime House. Cute, clean, and well laid out. Plenty of room for my husband, me, our 2 adult children and one girlfriend and my sister and brother-in-law and our dog. Great accommodations. So convenient to downtown Brevard. Have visited Brevard for years but this was our first time staying within walking distance. Highly recommend it!

Really nice stay

Close enough to walk to town but still quiet. Comfy beds and nice bedrooms. Functional kitchen and dining room. We hung out on the front and back porches at night. Just needs a fire pit. We will be back.

Family Getaway

This house has tons of space for your whole family and a big backyard area if you have a dog with you on your trip. They had everything we needed to cookout and is super close to the downtown area. Only negative was there was hamburger food wrappers left in one of the master bedroom bedside dressers and the other had a used cleaning rag and trash.

Wonderful location and plenty of room! We had a great time at the Lime House for our annual BMC Music Center reunion. Conveniently located on Probart St - we were able to walk downtown to shops and restaurants and we walked to the Arts district to see a band. The house was roomy with plenty of hangout areas. I did text the management team to let them know we noticed a crack in the ceiling downstairs that might need attention. Rooms were roomy and the kitchen had plenty of items for cooking. We will definitely be back!

Loved it!!

The house was just as the pictures show it but better. There were 7 of us. My husband, our son and his wife and 2 children plus our daughter. We had plenty of space. Very clean and well stocked. Will definitely book again. We visit Brevard a few times a year. Thank you for an awesome stay!!

Brevard Getaway

We loved the Lime House! Our only issue was the smaller upstairs bedroom double bed. It was not comfortable at all & was about to fall apart. The mattress cover was too big for the mattress & the frame was not right. Other than that one issue, we loved the house. All the other beds were comfy & we really enjoyed our stay!

Great visit to Brevard

Perfect house for a large family. The outside size is deceiving, much bigger than it looks. We did our family Christmas here. We didn’t realize it had two kitchens which was a life saver. We walked to downtown and King street, which was awesome. Plenty of space for everyone including two living spaces to give us room to split up. Often times when a house has a lot of bedrooms there isn’t enough other space to support a lot of people so the layout was really great for us. We will rent again in the future!
