WHAT TO EXPECT

Arrival and Departure
-Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM.
-Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability.
-A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival.
-Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement.
-All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.

Occupancy and Pets
-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.
-Dogs are allowed (5 max), any other types of animals require approval. All pets except for Service Animals are subject to a Pet Fee per pet.
-Dogs should not be left unattended in units if there is potential for them to bark and disturb neighbors or damage the property.
-Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Amenities
-Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest.
-This unit offers satellite television.
-There is no AC; fans are provided.
-The main-level fireplace is wood burning. The lower-level fireplace is gas. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased on our website and conveniently delivered to your rental or purchased from other local vendors. Impress your family and friends with breakfast bundles, charcuterie boards, and other local products, also available for delivery!
-This unit has a propane grill; propane is supplied.
-No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.

Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway:
-Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community.
-Parking is limited to 2 CARS. Additional parking is available in the overflow area across from unit 11, an easy walk to the house!
-Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.
-Access from parking to the front door does not require climbing stairs.

Trash and Recycling
You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.

Disclosures:
-A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations
-Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.
-Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals.

Our House Rules are designed to promote responsible behavior and respect for others. While we want to keep rules minimal, setting clear expectations is essential. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to all rules to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Perfect Ski-On/Ski-Off Mid-Week Getaway

Very roomy old school ski house with super easy access to the mountain. Mt Washington hotel is nearby and a great spot for post-ski beverages.

Happy Christmas in July!

This was a last minute trip to celebrate Christmas in July. We were so excited that this townhouse was available and fit all 13 of us! The views from our deck were beautiful. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely look into staying here again!

Fall excursion

The condo was nice. Everyone fit comfortably. Unfortunately I felt like rules related to additional charges was the main focus. We came to stay in a beautiful area and have always been respectful of property we have stayed at. Additional charges if you had too many cars. Additional charges when we booked because your description on dog fees were unclear. Now your description is changed from the original fee charges. Your kitchen appliances were lacking. No blender, casserole dish for baking, or muffin pan. Those are usually common in most rentals.

Good layout, not ski in

The layout of the property was good for a multigeneration family, with 2 family rooms on separate floors. Nice side yard for sledding and enjoying the snow. Area was quiet, with good views. This unit is not ski in. Access is either down the road or at the units above and across the street. Property managers were very responsive. Mountain is not great for beginners. With respect to Bretton Woods, other than the Mt. Washington Inn there is one restaurant (closed Mon and Tues), so would not recommend for those who want apres ski options.

It was pleasure to stay in the property. Though some equipment like TV units can be upgraded and kitchen appliances. But overall good condition and working as expected. we all enjoyed a lot.

Skiing made easy

We shared this house with two families. Our kids ranged from 3 months to ten years old. The convenience was PERFECT, enabling us to easily return to warm up or grab lunch, switch out caring for the littlest kids, or grab dry gear. The functioning fireplace was awesome and made the condo very cozy. We were a group of 15 - 6 adults and 9 kids and we had plenty of space! The property manager was incredible responsive to all of our questions pre check in. We enjoyed our morning coffee with gorgeous Mountain Views and would definitely return. This is definitely the way to go with young kids if you are able - SO much easier!

Great location and layout

The owners/rental company were very easy to work with. They were helpful and accommodating. The layout of this unit is fabulous, views were gorgeous and it was so nice to have a ski in/ski out. The only areas that I felt could be improved on were general cleanliness (like bath mats and blankets on couches could have used a laundering,). The couches and carpets are also pretty worn out. Also, they had a ton of games but they were all missing about half the pieces, making them unusable. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, bowls, etc.

Fabulous condo!

We had a lovely long weekend here- House is very well stocked and was incredibly comfortable for our extended family. The kids had a blast and the owner was so lovely and responsive! It’s a few minute walk to the slopes and an easy shuttle ride to the Mount Washington Hotel. We will definitely be back!!!

Timing Is Everything

Beautiful place/location! We enjoyed a warm fire all weekend as Mount Washington hit historic low temperatures! On a clear day you can see the top of the mountain, what a view! Ski right down to the lift! Clean, comfortable and fun! Thanks Helena!
