Along the promenade you can walk to the Brenzone sailing club and the small center of Casteletto di Brenzone where you will find restaurants and bars.

Apartment House - Olive Tree Brenzone Sul Garda

We had such a wonderful 3 days at Stephania’s apt at the end of October. This was our first trip as a family to Venice and Lake Garda. The location and view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. It’s a 6-7 minute walk along the lakeside to 2 local small supermarkets and several bars and restaurants. It’s quiet at night time and very comfortable to sleep. There are fans in the rooms if you need them and a clean fully equipped kitchen. The local people are so friendly and Stephania and did everything to make our stay wonderful. There’s a small private pier and the kids loved jumping in and swimming in the lake, which seemed incredibly clean and is well known for its high purity. We enjoyed an evening at the Thermal Hot pools Park near Colà and went up the cable car up Mount Baldo (5800ft high) at Malcesine. We hope to return and would definitely stay in this beautiful apartment again. Thank you

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hatte alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küchenutensilien sind alle ein bisschen zusammen gewürfelt, aber es fehlte an nichts.

Toller Ausblick. Schöne Kage direkt an der Uferpromenade. Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Wir waren drei Tage dort. Der nette Ort Castelletto mit Restaurants am Wasser ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Traumhaft schöner Blick vom Balkon

Vom Balkon möchte man gar nicht weg, genauso wie von dem schönen Steg. Dabei ist Castelletto so ein süßes Städtchen mit romantischem Hafen und Restaurants. Gute Ausstattung und sauber, die Ventilatoren waren eine große Erleichterung. Nette Vermieterin. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten schon in der Nähe mit Torri del Benaco, Malcesine, Prada mit Seilbahn zum Cima Costabella. Oder auch Bardolino, Verona, Sirmione. Aber allein die Aussicht von Balkon und Steg beruhigt die Seele. Das war ein wunderbarer Urlaub!

Viel mehr geht nicht

Eigentlich darf hier gar nicht so viel gutes erzählen, da die Buchung dann in Zukunft sehr wahrscheinlich schwieriger wird. Ist wirklich einfach nur schön da. Die Wohnung ist Klasse, der Weg super kurze Weg zum Steg der Hammer. Das Essen im Umberto einfach nur Gut. Zentral gelegen, Fähren in alle Richtungen sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.

Schönes Apartment direkt am Gardasee. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Badesteg vorhanden. Parksituation ist schwierig, wie überall am Gardasee. Freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Super Seeblick

Sehr schöne Wohnung - vor Allem der Seeblick vom Balkon aus. Geschirrspüler ist leicht defekt. Im kleinen Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten hört man Strassenlärm Eher etwas für Kinder.. Im Extra WC ist die Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend-zur Zeit wird dieTerrasse zur Strasse neu verlegt-aber kaum Lärmbelästigung. Wohnung ist nur über Treppen erreichbar Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Es war alles super, die Lage im wunderschönen Ort Castelletto mit Bars und Restaurants und ‚em Fahrradweg vor der Tür. Sehr schönes Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick vom Balkon auf den See. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Stefania war immer erreichbar. Tip: Abendessen in Don Pedro - super lecker !!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit Einschränkungen

Wie schon auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, besticht die Wohnung vor allem durch ihre Lage direkt am See mit fantastischer Sicht vom gemütlichen Balkon. Sie ist insgesamt geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet, die Einrichtung ist aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt nur ein richtiges Badezimmer, das zweite Bad verfügt lediglich über Toilette und Waschbecken (und eine Waschmaschine). Ein Schlafzimmer ist groß und hell und hat ein Fenster zum See, das andere ist sehr klein und dunkel (mit zwei einzelnen Betten) und geht zum seitlichen Hof und damit zum Straßenlärm. Es ist nicht möglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, da außerdem neben dem Fenster noch ein Gerät/Lüftung? auch nachts ständig anspringt. Insgesamt haben wir uns in Castelletto aber sehr wohl gefühlt, ein hübscher kleiner Ort, der nicht so überlaufen ist. Stefania haben wir leider kaum kennen gelernt, die Begrüßung war kurz, schon war sie wieder weg.

Wonderful Lago del garda

Der Gardasee ist von jeder Seite wundervoll anzusehen. Die Lage der Whg. war für Erkundungen nicht ganz praktisch, da man nach Norden und Süden mit dem Auto recht lange unterwegs war. Die Lage zum Wasser war toll. Man geht durch die Hintertür über den Fußweg und ist direkt auf dem privaten Steg. Absolut top. Die Whg ist gepflegt und schön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Es gab sogar unerwartet noch einen Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel, toller Service. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Danke

Schöne,sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit exzellenter Lage

Sehr nette Gastgeberin die auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist.die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt und liegt direkt am See.Besonders toll ist dass man einen privaten Steg mit Zugang zum See hat. Stefania ist ebenfalls Inhaberin des Restaurants da Umberto dass ich jedem empfehlen kann.Direkt daneben befindet sich das Don Pedro dass ebenfalls im Familienbesitz ist und wo man auch hervorragend essen kann.

Grazie mille!

End of July we spent our family vacation for two weeks in the apartment Olivo. Everything was as described and very clean. The view of Lake Garda from the balcony is fantastic. After a week we got fresh linen and (pool) towels. Our kids loved jumping into Lago di Garda from the jetty right in front of the house. Castelletto is a cute little place with great restaurants. Someday we will visit the appartment again.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

Excellent views and location. Super apartment with all we needed for our family. Many restaurants and activities within walking distance and loads of places to visit by boat. Stefania and her family gave us a warm welcome and we also loved their family restaurants nearby

Wunderschöner Urlaub am Gardasee

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Herrlicher Blick auf den See und die Berge dahinter. Absolute Empfehlung. Auch die beiden Restaurants sind lecker und toll gelegen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt mit Kleinkind da nichts passieren kann.

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am See

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit unserer Familie. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und in einem guten Zustand. Die Gastgeberin Stefania ist sehr nett und freundlich. Leider gab es mit dem WLAN ein Problem. Dieses hat nach drei Tagen nicht mehr funktioniert. Weiterhin war die Tür zum direkten Zugang zum Seeufer defekt, weshalb wir mit unseren Kindern jedes Mal an der stark befahrenen Straße entlanglaufen mussten, um den Weg am Wasser benutzen zu können. Alles in allem hatten wor eine tolle Zeit vor Ort. Vielen Dank.

Tolle Lage direkt am See

Habe das Objekt wegen der Lage direkt am See und Balkon gebucht. Leider kommt hier in der Vorsaison (vermute auch im Herbst) wegen eines davor stehenden Haus erst spät am Abend an. Für die Sommermonate vielleicht ein Vorteil, schade für Vor- und Nachsaison. Ansonsten Lage traumhaft, Küche, Wohnraum, Bad ok. Die Schlafzimmern etwas lieblos. Vermieterin sehr bemüht. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Garda family gem

We (3 adults) stayed 5 nights in this lovely apartment in this villa on the sea. Whenever we weren’t walking on the greenway (right below us), we enjoyed the balcony view - wonderful for coffee, breakfast or dinner. Nicely equipped, quiet location. We were able to park in a small lot across the street (big car) - too hard for us to turn around in the villa. Stefania and her family ran the local seafood restaurant in town and we were graciously welcomed and treated like family. Fast response time and help whenever we had a question. Nicely kitchen for breakfasts and easy dinners. Works well for 2-4 family members
