"The room was comfortable, modern, bright, quiet and clean, and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. We asked for non-feather pillows/duvet which were provided. Bad points: Only one towel was provided for the shower which wasn’t ideal: I’m sure they’d have given us another if we’d asked but we didn’t have time, so just shared one. "2 Adults and 1 Teen. Booked a 1 bedroom suite. Was great for us to have that extra space and privacy. NOTE: The washroom is in the bedroom.....so teen had to sneak to the washroom thr9ough our bedroom in the night. No big deal...just something to be aware of. Nespresso and fridge was great to have. Close the Tube and Bus Stops. 10 min walk to Covent Gardens. Our bed was great, Teens not so much (pull out sofa). Recommend for people looking for the extra space/privacy. "

"The room was spotless, and I really appreciated being up on the 16th floor! It provided fabulous general city skyline views (not iconic buildings)! The building was secure (room key needed in the lifts, etc). The room facilities were great, soft linens and shower room toiletries were good quality. I had to request an alternative duvet as the first was very thin and I'd been cold (unable to sleep) my first night. This was replaced without question for a really superior one. "Very good location and unit was well furnished. Only downside was the bathroom sink was not cleaned properly and clogged the first time we used it. A thorough cleaning crew would have made sure it doesn't happen to other guest."

"This was a great find in the Paddington area. We chose it because it's close to the station and we had people with us who needed to get to Heathrow. We've stayed in the area many times for that very reason, and this is the nicest hotel we've stayed in. We wanted to have a place we could hang out in the later evening (as we had a 3 year old with us) and these rooms provided that. Plenty of space and decent amenities. We were very pleased, thank you."
