We will definitely be back to this house for a getaway to the country!! Highly recommend this house and 12 Armadillos in general for a place to stay with a large group!! The bathroom in each of the 6 rooms downstairs was an AMAZING GAME CHANGER!! "

"Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. As it relates to location, if you’re coming from out of town please be aware that if you’re staying within the city limits “the hood” is everywhere. Gentrification is taking place all over the city so it’s completely normal to see really nice homes surrounded by very old homes. So don’t be alarmed when you see the neighborhood.
