"Unacceptable- the suite we got was smelling disgusting, shouldn’t have been given to customers (confirmed by house keeping) and we had to ask for a new room. The AC wasn’t really working and the room overheated and dirty. Room service unavailable."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in zwei Familienzimmer. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und wir ins uns nie in die Quere gekommen. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben, der junge Mann, der an dem Abend als wir mit 9 Frauen in die Hotelbar "eingefallen" sind. ..."
