There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway and strictly no on-street parking per Breckenridge provisions. Peak 7 is a residential neighborhood with noise restrictions from 10 pm to 8 am so not a party neighborhood. Strictly no loud parties that will incur complaints from neighbors.
