This cozy two-bedroom, two-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Expected better for cost

Location to the slopes was good. Clean unit Maintenance came with issues in when the showerhead was broken upon arrival in the bathroom. However--for HIGH cost to stay some issues that give it an average rating. VERY LOUD from upstairs unit -walking, and closets kept us all up at night. ALSO-ran out of HOT WATER everyday. After skiing we want a hot shower. By person number 2, the showers were lukewarm.

Comfortable place

We had a girls trip in Sept and chose the Sundowner II property. It was close to main strip, check in and communication with management was great, the kitchen was very well equippedl, games provided, dvds provided. Beds were comfortable and liked the book of restaurants, closing procedures, etc. My only suggestion would be to add more detail in the book on how to work the tvs. We couldnt’ figure out how to get into a streaming service and either the DVD player didn’t work or we didnt do it correctly cause we couldn’t get that to work either. WOuld stay there again.

Great stay really close to downtown Breck

We had a wonderful time visiting at the end of May for the long weekend. The location was a huge win being so close to everything in the main city. We were able to simply walk everywhere when we wanted to eat or shop which was great. Of course, being in Breck there were incredible hikes all over nearby which we utilized as well. The unit itself was clean and had some great pieces. The updated bathrooms were wonderful and that steam/shower felt amazing after some long hiking days. We'd love to stay here again!

Fabulous Birthday ski vacation

We celebrated our 6 year old's Birthday with a ski weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. 1 stop on the shuttle out front to the chair lift was super convenient and the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs everyday were so much fun!

Everything You Need

We were very impressed upon arrival, and even before so. Communication was great and timely for every inquiry I made prior to arrival. We were able to check in early which was a huge plus! The space was great for our family of 4 and the unit had everything we needed. The only negative I have to note is for the noise from above. It can definitely be agitating and disturb sleep. Other than that, it was great!

Great location!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this vacation rental. The location of the rental was a lot closer to Main St. than I had originally thought. We walked everywhere we went, it was at least a good 8 minute to Main St. but seemed shorter as there is still so much to see as you’re walking that way. I like how the parking was in an underground garage. We never used to pool or hot tub, I think they were closed either way. The rental itself was great, had all that we needed. Although, the only thing was that the rooms looked like they needed to be vacuumed a little more. Other than that, I would most definitely stay here again.

Great Location - Very Comfortable

Great two bedroom, two bath apartment. Super close to downtown Breckenridge, you can walk everywhere. On-site parking, an elevator, and full was all great!

Perfectly Located and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be walkable from the downtown and living space comfortable and cozy. The price point was perfect for us and we are thankful for the opportunity to experience Breckenridge in the summer months.

Great Family Get Away

While the end of our vacation was soured by the virus explosion in the US, we had a great ski trip and this particular condo helped. It was a very short walk from the bus stop to get us quickly to Beaverrun chair. Kitchen was well equipped and at arrival, it was spotless. Couple of small things that could be addressed with the property. The master bedroom was a bit dark and the mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that, the only other criticism is that the gas fireplace is in need of a full maintenance cycle.

Clean, comfy spot near the slopes

I booked this location for myself and 3 friends on a 5d ski trip. The main room was nice and big, with more than enough space to sprawl out and relax after a ski day. The fireplace was a nice feature to keep warm as well as dry out ski clothes. During our trip Breck got 50"+ of snow, so having garage parking was very convenient. While the location is close to the Snowflake Lift, we still found ourselves taking the free Breck shuttle to the BeaverRun Superchair - the bus stop is across the street, so very easy to get to. Overall we were all greatly satisfied by the condo and would recommend to others.

Great placed, good location well equipped

This is a good property. It is really well located next to bus stop and ski home. The pool is nearby and onsite there is a good hot tub. It has a well equipped kitchen for a family that enjoys eating in and the home entertainment systems are great for the family to watch after a good days skiing. The owners provide a bunch of games and puzzles to allow the family different options at night and a quality music system caps it off.
