    Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. Beautiful place to stay and was very clean! We had an issue with our original condo and Vacasa made everything enjoyable by switching us to this place. Great customer service…would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic Condo!

Huge spotless condo. 7 hot tubs and a large heated pool, weight room, concierge desk, housekeeping. Perfect location. Loved this place

Luxury mountain condo

Our family of six enjoyed staying in this wonderful mountain condo. The amenities of the property were terrific, the location to town was convenient, and every need was met. Highly recommend this condo for your next stay in beautiful Breckinridge!

Great unit, great location

This place was spacious and clean. The location was excellent as we were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Parking underground was easy and appreciated. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Beyond expectations

The place was much bigger than how it looked online. It was also extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s also in a great area. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic Condo in Breckenridge

SO spacious, so clean, washer and dryer in the unit, tons of kitchen utensils and tableware, very comfy beds - loved this apartment in Water Main Station. The location is perfect, with a big outdoor heated pool and 7 hot tubs, all right in downtown with all its restaurants and cute shops, and very near the mountain and lift. Concierge, parking, gym all great as well.

A great space, large enough for our family of five. The high ceilings, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and brand new washer/dryer stood out. Great location within walking distance of everything in town.

Excellent property in a great location. Very spacious, good layout. Furniture - couch, chairs and dining room table are not comfortable and need either some tightening or time for some new ones.

Great location!!

Condo had the perfect location. Can walk to everything! Large unit, enough to sleep 6 adults comfortably! Kitchen was great, had all the things we needed to make dinner for a large family.

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable!

LOVED this unit! It was super clean, well appointed with very comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. It had plenty of room and amazing views of the mountains. This is one of our favorites at Water House!!
