Warm up by the gas fireplace and listen to music while you enjoy a beverage and play a game of chess. And bring your devices so you can stay plugged in with the free WiFi if you like. Create a delicious dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Or post up at the breakfast bar on one of the three stools, and help the cook chop and dice. Perfect Home for our Family Vacation!

Beautiful, spacious home! Very comfortable beds, plenty of space for relaxing both indoors and outdoors, hot tub was wonderful! It was great for our family getaway. A short 10 minute drive to downtown Breck, but located up in the mountains so you have privacy and you feel like you are able to enjoy your own mountain getaway. Absolutely wonderful! Would 100% stay here again!

Great Stay!

The location and place was beautiful! Only critique is that outside by the hot tub there was a used fork and a used band-aid. Other than that it was clean and we would be back!

Great mountain get away

The property was exactly as listed. It was perfect for our family vacation. We even saw a black bear one evening! One suggestion would be to have more kitchen towels (we had two for an entire week) and a broom or dustpan to clean up spills!

Great house, great location

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We had everything we needed. Everything was clean. Sitting in the hot tub in the evenings was wonderful. We had a family of moose drop by every day, which we loved. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. There was only one thing that should be checked out and it's the remote control in the living room. It was very slow to respond and was frustrating but certainly wouldn't stop me from staying here!

Property management is disorganized.

Overall, the property was fine--slightly outdated but clean and comfortable enough. Vacasa Property management represented to me that they had obtained approval for a noon check out time. Cleaning crew showed up at 10, and we were forced to vacate early. Confusion, miscommunication, rudeness, aggressiveness by local cleaning crew manager and local property manager made overall experience a poor one.

Overall it was good. Minus one star for inflexible check in. I understand not allowing early check in if the cleaning crew is still there or something, but a member of our group arrived early and there had been no one there the entire day (no tracks in the snow). We waited until 4 to enter, but there was no reason for it other than they were being inflexible. It’s not on a bus route, but the Airport Rd lot is pretty close. House is at approximately 9,700 feet. Would probably stay again if we had a large group.

The house itself was fine and it had the basics of what you need for a mountain house, but nothing more. We got to Breck at 1pm after 4 hours of traffic and I called to see if we could park at the house because there was zero parking at any of the Breck lots and overflow lots (not surpised) and they told us no and that's our policy. I said I understand that's your policy but we knew there wasn't anyone staying at the house because it wasn't booked for the day before we arrived and there weren't any cars in the drive way. They told us they would tow us if we parked their early. I will never give my business to Vacasa moving forward.

The house was great. Very nice and spacious and in a nice neighborhood. My only issue is that the day before we were to check out someone entered the house. It may have been someone from the cleaning team given an incorrect schedule but I do not know. I messaged the management company right away to verify if they had sent someone to the house. It seemed like I was communicating with a bot. Very basic responses and not really addressing the issue directly. I did get them to confirm they had our correct check out date. This happened fairly early in the morning even before the normal check out time. My husband and son had just left the house and my daughter and I were there when the man entered the house. Very unsettling to say the least. I would have appreciated and expected better communication from the management company when this happened.

The home was nice although there were a few things to mention. The fireplace would not stay lit, the upstairs TVs had no signal on any input, and the washing machine needs work as it does not spin the water out. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

A wonderful cabin. Super clean. Plenty of cooking ware in the kitchen. Super quiet and really close to town. I would rent it again in the future.

Away from the hustle of town

Perfect location - nice for family with bedrooms upstairs and also on the lower level. Bathroom in every bedroom! We love it!! The hot tub was outstanding The dryer was broke and could get any communication back from the property manager but otherwise very good! I would highly recommend!!!
