RECENT RENOVATIONS! Roomy well built Condo walking distance or short drive to Breckenridge, ski area, rec center and all sort of trails and the Blue River. Located on the Bus route with access to all of Summit County and only a 20-25 minute drive or less to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Lake Dillon and more! Sleeps 10 in beds. The first Bedroom has 4 single Beds and a double over double bunkbed with a TV, the second 2 queens, a fireplace & TV & the third a King with a fireplace and TV. All Bedrooms have a Bathroom and there is a 4th Bathroom conveniently located downstairs. Amongst the many features are a fully loaded Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Sauna, BBQ Grill and patio, wireless internet, fire wood, Big Screen TV with Blue Ray Player and access to indoor/outdoor hot tub and pool just 25 yards away. Building is made of solid concrete so no matter the noise outside you will sleep like a champ! Property Management lives on sight so help is only a few feet away should anything arise.

CJ 26 was immaculately clean with every amenity we could imagine plus some at our fingertips! We used the kitchen quite a bit and there was nothing we were lacking. We loved the pool and hot tub as well as the sauna. Everything was as advertised or better!

This was a great condo for our family’s summer vacation to Breckenridge! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, kids loved the pool and easy to get to Main Street area. Host, Shane, was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great stay in great location with lots of space!

This was a perfect fit for our group. We had two families with several teen girls. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well as the sauna. It felt like we had the pool to ourselves as there was never anybody else in it. Manager was very quick to respond And this had more than everything we needed. Very clean and in a great location. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place in Breckenridge!

Perfect ski condo

We really enjoyed staying here. We ended up being three couples and there was tons of room. The bunk room alone could sleep tons of kids. very well equipped kitchen. A very generous serving of towels and every bathroom and also for the sauna. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Awesome!

Great property! Great location, clean, had everything you could ever need. Pool and hot tub were a great addition. Will definitely book here again when we return to Breckenridge. Don’t pass this one up!

Close to main street and slopes

The owner was awesome in their response and detailed information. The property is well equipped and suitable for a large group. The ensuite sauna was honestly the highlight for me and our group. The ability to unwind and relax after hitting the slopes was phenomenal. The showers were awesome and the beds were quite comfortable. The place is well insulated so we could not hear our neighbors and hopefully they couldn't hear us lol. We will definitely be coming back again. The location is central to Breckenridge and is near the King Soopers,walking distance to downtown, and the slopes. 5 stars all around.

Awesome place for bigger groups/families

House was clean and well stocked, espically the kitchen which had anything you could possibly need. Lots of beds and roomy for bigger groups. Host was super helpful and replied quickly. We will definitely be staying here for our ski trips from now on!

Best Host

First of all the host is probably the best host I've ever encountered!! Not only is she friendly but very accommodating, always available, so nice to deal with. House was perfect for our group size. Minutes from the Breck Gondola. Pool and spa was soooo nice! Also office was very nice too. No wonder why there ratings are high. Host goes above and beyond to make everything great for you! Love love love it! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need! Salt pepper etc etc. it's nice to not have to buy little things (condiments) and it's there as well. Wish Vrbo Houses were all like this. With good experiences makes a wonderful vacation trip.

Very Spacious

From the time of booking the host was very attentive to making sure we did not have any questions. We had a large group of 11, everyone had a bed and there was no waiting for a bathroom, this house has more than enough. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels for our large group. The entrance to store all of the ski equipment kept everything in one area. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a short walk to the front of the complex to jump on the bus to the gondola. As soon as we unpacked and got settled both of the families said “we would definitely rent this place again”
