Ski-in/out, Private Hot Tub, Fantastic Amenities!

The Snowflake Chalet is a gorgeous four bedroom + loft private home right on the Snowflake Ski Run, with views of the Snowflake Chairlift. This 3-level, 4000 square foot, ski-in/ski-out home provides seamless access to the ski resort right out the back door. Enjoy your private hot tub right off the ski run at the end of the day or the beautiful views from the vaulted floor to ceiling windows in the living room.

Amenities for guests to enjoy include a deck overlooking the ski run with a gas grill, two-car garage, beautiful gourmet kitchen and two fireplaces. Free wireless internet is provided and the 2 living areas give guests a good amount of space to spread out in to relax during their stay in this magnificent private home.

*Please note that the Snowflake Ski Run is very flat and does require some walking and/or poling for the ski-in access.

Breckenridge Colorado Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful, fun-filled stay in Breckenridge! The house was great and the location was excellent. We experienced a couple of minor household issues during our stay that we documented for the management company and which should be resolved with some maintenance fixes.

Fantastic ski in / ski out Chalet!

We truly enjoyed the chalet. It was cozy, had nearly anything you would need for cooking full meals for 8 people. The decks and hot tub were wonderful with the warmer weather we had in early February. Lots of space to spread out so no one was on top of each other. Snowflake trail is nearly flat so the snowboarders sometimes had to walk a little, but easy for the skiers on the way home. Great peak 8/9 access. It would be so fun to stay at this chalet in the summer too!

Amazing property and use of spaces.

We absolutely loved the property, each space was so well thought out. It has everything we needed. I honestly can't say enough good about the property. The location is also good. My only complaint, that I might impact my decision to come back, is that the ski in, as a snowboarder required me, to have to walk on the inbound run. The ski out is awesome. But this was a minor thing and I'm still giving 5 stars.

Great vacation home!

Beautiful home in a great location. We were a group of 7 and the house perfectly accommodated all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, plenty of firewood and the heated floors kept us warm. Highly recommend!

Great house for skiing

Overall the house was great. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. The ski in / out feature was awesome. You drop right onto the trail down to the lift. Getting back is a little harder as there is some flat terrain to conquer but still very much beats a car ride. The house is gorgeous. Great amenities, glove and boot dryer was a plus, wood burning fireplace with tons of wood in the garage kept us occupied. If there is a drawback it’s that the upstairs loft area traps noise, so it’s difficult to sleep in the study or loft if anyone is on the main floor. All and all we would definitely stay again, just not pack quite so many people in.

Wonderful home

The home was perfect! Incredibly well stocked and well appointed. Garage had tons of firewood for nightly fires in the huge and comfortable family room. There were multiple sitting areas around the house so everyone had a place to escape to, and the main floor was more than big enough for our party of 10.

Beautiful well-stocked home close to town and ski mountain

We loved this place and all agreed we'd stay again. It was the most well-stocked kitchen/house I've stayed in, making it enjoyable to cook (in terms of pots, pans, utensils, etc.). The house itself was just beautiful with open windows looking over Snowflake lift. It was fun to watch people come and go. We had 9 adults and plenty of space. We took advantage of the ski-in/ski-out and the walk to town was only 15-20 minutes (there was a free bus that will take you about halfway to the house - it is a steep hill). The only things I'd note is that the house is open so it could be a bit noisy and like others have commented then ski-in is flat, our folks had to unbind their snowboards several times on the walk back. But those things were so minor and we loved this house and I wish I lived in it full time.

The house was nice and worked well for us. The garage door was non-functional and there could have been more clean blankets available. There is no television set in the Master bedroom or any others. However, we did enjoy the accomodations.

Awesome experience

This property was perfect. We did a guys trip and the location is perfect. True ski in / ski out. Walk right out the back door, ski down the run to the lift and it’ll bring you anywhere you want to go. The house was clean and supplied with everything you need to cook meals.

Very disappointed when you wouldn’t let us postpone 3 days before are trip when your county was going code red. We were unable to ski was unable to eat in restaurants dirty bathrooms no cold water in the kitchen no water or ice in the refrigerator door broken glass found in the carpet TV didn’t work in the loft dryer had to be redone three times to dry a pair of jeans you got a charge this price keep the place in operating order and if you going to charge that kind of cleaning fee have the place clean vacation supposed to be about relaxing and enjoying yourself not being in lockdown we should’ve been notified and allowed to cancel before the day we got to the trip very disappointed in your communications.

Spacious but Showing Heavy Wear & Tear

I’ve rented many VRBO’s over the years. The location is great, just up the mountain about a half mile from downtown Breck. Very spacious and open floor plan with well equipped kitchen. Furniture and carpets show heavy wear and need replacement, the decor has a tired, worn out feeling. Probably wouldn’t rent this unit again.

Great location only complaint at all is the beds. They all need to be replaced! The mattresses are so hard! Other than that was great. One of our parties even bought a foam topper and put it on the bed and left it there for other people to use.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN BRECK

This was the best ski cabin that we have ever done. It is truly a ski-in ski-out location. We really enjoyed our stay everything was incredibly nice and the house was epic!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This house was better than imagined. There was plenty of room for my family of 8 and could have had a few more. The ski in/out was so convenient, the trail back to the house is somewhat flat so be prepared but still a nice ski. A quick drive to town. Even walked it a couple of times. A very beautiful home and would definitely go back.

Great location.

My family and friends loved this place. Right on snowflake so it was easy to get up and get on the slopes. We also loved the boot and glove dryer, the heated garage and the hot tub! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have fun!
