High ceilings, elegant furnishings make this two-level condo a fantastic ski-in/out retreat! There's room for everyone to relax before heading out to hit the trails. In the evenings, enjoy a remodeled kitchen with modern appliances, ready for your post-skiing hot cocoa or fondue.

The excitement of skiing is just outside your door, as this condo sits a few steps from the Snowflake Lift and the Four O'Clock Ski Run. The rest of Breckenridge Ski Resort is about two miles away, home to five different peaks, lovely aprés ski restaurants and venues, and the Rejuvenation Spa. Breckenridge Nordic Center is less than two miles away, offering cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and a free hiking trail in the warmer months.

In summer, enjoy four-wheel tours, mountain biking, and so much more. The condo is also just one mile from Main Street, which is lined with excellent restaurants, boutiques, and breweries. Bringing your kids along? Be sure to visit the Breckenridge Fairy Forest, a nearby hiking area and ongoing art project designed to delight.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place - tons of space for lots of family members. Location is also perfect - literally ski slope behind complex. Easy walk into town - uphill on way back. Def. dated furnishings - could use new bedding, pillows, bedroom furniture, etc. Great value!

The property and location were great. The layout was spacious. The owner provided humidifiers which were extremely helpful as we adjusted to the dry climate we're not used to. You can ski home at the end of the day on the Four O'Clock run. There were two hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor) and an indoor pool. The only difficulties were the lack of large pans for cooking; the walls were very thin, and you could hear all noise from other rooms, and the water heater didn't supply enough water for everyone to shower. What we ended up doing was a few of us would walk to the locker room and shower there. Note that the women's showers have curtains, men's showers do not. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Overall the he stay was pretty good. It would have been nice if coffee and more toiletries were provided. We had a lot of issues trying to get the entertainment system to work. We tried calling Vacasa but got no response. The property is in a great location and was very spacious. The cleaning could be improved.

Breck ski trip

Perfect ski in and out location! And walking distance to village. There was no gym, which was disappointing. The listing stated there was. And it was quite problematic to get the code to the hot tub. The apartment itself was fantastic! Great space. Only other criticism-The master bedroom mattress desperately needs replaced.

Great location but not well maintained

Spacious unit and great location. Not well maintained or very clean. Gas fireplace didn’t work, exposed insulation, broken glass table top, no elevator to parking garage, broken and non-working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Vacasa was unhelpful and local management team never responded to multiple requests. Would not recommend to stay here.

Great ski-in ski-out

Right on the slopes and easy access to the chair to get to the main part of the mountain. Place was very spacious as we easily had room for two families to stay (each with 2 kids). And not far from downtown so both the benefit of easy ski access and close proximity to the restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Many things did not work including the microwave, hairdryer, and most importantly the cable. And it was SUPER BOWL WEEKEND, so we ended up leaving early. Vacasa was absolutely worthless as far as help went. DON’T stay here!!!

Perfect for a family summer getaway!

Our family (including kids aged 7, 9 and 11) had a wonderful stay here! The condo’s location was central to many summer activities and getting around was very easy. The condo had all the amenities that a family could want … loft area for the kids, in unit washer/dryer, plenty of bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the club house with the hot tub, pool and grill. The until was very clean upon arrival and the management company was helpful in answering any questions we had.

Beautiful

It was wonderful. Condo had a few needed repairs. Seems all the curtains were in dire need of repairs. They were hanging down torn down and thrown in master closet. Master bed mattress evidently had been busted to get to room. I don’t really know but all the beds were awful. Place. Was beautiful though. Thank you.

Great weekend!

We had a great weekend! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It was great to be able to ski out and ski in! My only suggestion would be to explain the check in process better. This was our first time staying at a ski resort, and we showed up to the condo first. I thought the check in was by the condo. A maintenance guy was there when we arrived and helped us figure out where to go! The check in location was difficult to find as well. We drove by it about 5 times before realizing where it was. Other than that, it was a fun weekend. We will definitely be coming back!! Thanks
