  • Find a true ski-in/out getaway at this 1,200-square-foot condo at the Pine Ridge Condominiums in Breckenridge, where you'll be right across the road from the Four O'Clock ski trail! Remodeled in 2012, this condo offers an open floor plan, a gas fireplace, heated floors, and plenty of afternoon sunlight. Right outside the building, you'll have access to a shared hot tub alongside the ski run (which doubles as a hiking/mountain biking trail in summer), a year-round heated pool, shared grills and picnic tables, and a firepit to gather around after a day on the slopes. This condo has everything you'll need for a memorable stay!

    What's nearby:
    There's no shortage of outdoor recreation right outside! You'll be across the street from the Four O'Clock ski run, 25 yards from a stop for the free town shuttle (the lifts are one stop away), and 100 yards from the Snowflake lift. In the summer, you'll find access to hiking and mountain biking across the road, as the path runs into several forest trail systems. Or, walk only one block to peruse shops, restaurants, bars, and the Riverwalk concert and event center on historic Main Street.

    Things to know:
    This unit is located on the upper first (1st) floor - 8 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
    Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

We had a great time staying here for the weekend. The location is close to downtown without being right on the main road. It was quiet and peaceful. The condo is spacious and there was ice in the freezer!! It's the little things. We would definitely stay here again.

Very close to everything, but felt tucked away

Our condo at Pine Ridge 5B was exactly as advertised in the listing. Very close to Main Street. Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and everything worked as it should. Quick access to the parking lot with only one set of stairs to deal with (great when arriving and departure). We would definitely stay here again!

Move right along

From check in to check out - one star for this place.Firstly, check in - RUDE girl at the counter. Needs to be re-trained at customer service. Apartment 5B - horrible deep scratches on the floor. Dining lights not working. Dryer knob is broken too.Alerted front desk about the short comings, the rude lady just said: thank you noted. And that’s it.Off course she did not get any one to address the problems. So eat in the dark and don’t dry your clothes.Thin walls. Don’t plan on sleeping in because the noise from other skiers walking down the stairs will surely wake you. NO lift, so everyone uses the wooden stairs and it gets noisy esp when they have their ski boots on.Check out - well the same RUDE lady who is only rude if you are not white. Never again - hence the title of my review - move right along.

This place is a gem! The location can not be beat! It was a very short walk to Main Street by the riverfront park area. We aren’t skiers but it looked like there was a lift a very short walk up the hill from the condo. The views from the condo are beautiful. Out one side is the mountains, and out the other side is the lovely communal grassy area with large evergreen and aspen trees and a firepit. The condo itself was lovely and large and well stocked. It was perfect for our family! Added bonus: parking was free and conveniently close. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to friends!

My family loved the size and location of this unit. Close to main street with ample room. The kitchen ware was fully stocked as well as blankets and pillows. As we traveled by plane the washer and dryer in the unit was an extra bonus for light packing. We would definitely book again!

Spring Break Trip

We were in Breck the week of Apr 9th. Overall the condo was great. With a few improvements I would have given it 5 stars. It offered everything we needed and was pretty comfortable. Short walk to town. Ski in (if you're into that). Very short walk to lift. Vacasa folks were very easy it work with and very nice.

Great Place to Stay

Stayed weekend of 4/9. Place was very VERY clean when we arrived. Living area was very spacious as were the bedrooms. Master bath could use some updating but hallway bath was very clean. Couches are a bit dated and dirty but not too bad. The master mattress is in dire need of replacing. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Made for very little sleep. Location was perfect- right off the main drag, bus stop to the lifts right out the front door but Snowflake lift easily walkable. Ample parking. 4 O'Clock run is 30 feet away for easy ski-out. We did have a water leak happen, plus when we arrived the master shower was missing a shower curtain rod, but Vacasa not only addressed those issues quickly, they made it right with our bill. I think that's the most important factor when booking with someone- if something goes wrong, how do they react? Vacasa and the local staff took care of us and were EXCELLENT. I'd definitely book with them again.

Perfect location. Ski in down 4 O’clock, 200 yrs walk to lift to ski out. Clean unit with everything we needed for our trip.

Great Location

Easy access to on and off resort. Easy walk to town. We parked the car on Sunday and did not use it again till Friday when we left. Would definitely stay here again.

I would have rated my entire stay at this location as excellent had it not been for the false description which read: "a true ski-in/ski-out getaway..." Since when does 'true ski-out' involve a bus-ride?

PERFECT LOCATION

Great place! Minutes to main street. More updated compared to some of the other places in that price range. Perfect size for a family of 4. We loved it and would come back again and again.
