This multi-level townhome has undergone a recent remodel (January 2022) and has been completely refurnished (July 2023). Amazing Location

Great ski in/ski out location. Thoughtful amenities. Would stay again. As others have indicated, the internet is not able to support work video call level and is a little spotty, but it's good enough for basic needs. Hot tub is great as is the fully stocked kitchen. Communication from property managers is fantastic.

Breckenridge ski trip

They had a wonderful time. I absolutely love the Ski and Ski out feature. The hot tub was wonderful and we used it every day. Dishwasher didn’t seem to dry the dishes very well, but other than that was my only concern.

Hot tub cloudy, NOT TRUE ski in/out

Rented for Girls trip right before Thanksgiving. Hot tub was cloudy, we notified management. Contacted 3x and no maintenance person ever came. We did not use it. NOT TRUE ski in or out. You take 4’oclock off the back downstairs sliding door that is located in a bedroom. Then you ski on a bunch of rocks and if you’re not careful into a water pond. Then you have to take off your skis to cross the street. When you try to ski in, the 4’oclock run is closed and under construction. “Luckily” I tore my calf muscle and wasn’t able to ski so I was able to pick up my friends at peak 9 after ski day. The hot tub and ski in/out were the main reason to rent this place. We asked for a refund of some funds and no response. *slow WiFi * no room to put food in cabinets/pantry, had to use the counter 3 Bedrooms: heat is baseboard heating Bedroom 1: Primary (upstairs-18 steps or so) King bed, 2 chairs with Ottomans Bath tub and separate shower 2 sinks *best room Bedroom 2: downstairs (about 18 steps) King bed w/ basic bathroom Sliding glass door outside to ski out Dark room since under deck Bedroom 3: downstairs next to bedroom 2 Queen or full? Bed super high from ground (has a roll out bed underneath) Dark room since under deck Basic bathroom Main level: Garage Front door 1/2 bath Laundry Living room, kitchen, dining table Downstairs: 2 bedrooms and living room with pull out couch Would not rent again due to poor customer service, not true ski in/out, and place has lots of steps.

Great fall trip

Good location, beautiful condo, plenty of room- we all had our own bed. Comfortable furniture. Was as described. Steep long stairs between levels - good to know if anyone has issues. Great time to visit Breck, after summer and before ski season.

We enjoyed our stay at this very nice and updated condominium. Great location, good hiking right outside, and easy walk to Gondola. The only negative and reason for not giving 5 stars is that some of the windows don’t work or appear in need of repair.

Great vacation

The rental was as presented. Very nice and comfortable. The 3 and 1/2 bathrooms were great and the master had a HUGE shower and tub! I am 6’6” and could actually take a bath! I highly recommend.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our week, had some good snow which made it all the better. House was perfect and enjoyed the master suite upstairs, which was spacious and a great bathroom with big tub and double shower. Only non positive comment is while it is ski in/ski out strictly speaking, the out requires taking ski’s off at the bottom of the run and walking about 100’ across the road to the lift. Only this run requires that, the rest are all good once you on the slope. Wasn’t the end of the world.

Nice Place on the 4o'clock Run

Nice place. Clean. Nice hot tub. Very convenient as a ski-in and ski-out location. Would stay here again. Wi-Fi runs on DSL so was a bit slow and couldn't handle video conferencing, if you need it to work remotely, but otherwise no major complaints.

We skied out to 4’0clock, down to Snowflake Chair and then accessed the entire mountain. Such a great location and excellent home. Our boys loved the downstairs area and it was great to have the upstairs master as our getaway. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and spacious townhome

Beautiful property and great location. The hot tub was a bonus and enjoyed it after long hikes during the day. The weather was perfect. The trees were changing….gorgeous yellow colors everywhere. It was nice having the basics supplied such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners and pantry items. Only complaint is that there was holes on the drywall in the lower bedroom and insulation was exposed. They were working on the outside foundation It would have been nice to have the inside wall covered better without seeing the insulation

Mountain Retreat

We stayed 4 nights, end of July 2023. The condo is adjacent to the 4 o’clock ski trail & we used the trail to walk down to town, or up for a hike. The kitchen had everything we needed (we make daily breakfast & at least one dinner when we stay at a VRBO w/family.) The family room has plenty of seating. There is a 1st floor 1/2 bath, washer/dryer, & garage access. 2 parking passes provided. The large deck, 6 chair table w/umbrella, and hot tub were used every day. Downstairs: 2 queen bed rooms (very comfy), a roll away under one bed, & a den/family room with a comfortable couch to sleep on. Each room had an en suite bathroom which was really nice. Upstairs: a master suite w/King bed & a sitting area, walk in closet, & large bathroom. There is a soaking tub and oversized shower with two shower heads. The weather was 80+, & there is no AC in the Master- the only negative for this beautiful unit. The ceiling & other fans helped only a little, there was no air circulation even with all the windows open— way too warm for our liking. By day 3 it cooled & was much better. The main & lower levels were quite chilly at night as the outside temp dropped into the 50s. It’s not the fault of the owners that the weather has changed but an AC unit will be needed for the increasing # of hot days each year. The condo is so great that the hot nights did not merit giving it less than a 5 star rating. We highly recommend staying here. We had a fabulous stay!

A beautiful place to stay

We stayed here for two weeks. It was so clean and comfortable. The property managers were very responsive to all of our needs. The location was ideal with beautiful views and easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. We would stay here again when coming back to Breckenridge!
