Check-in/Check-out couldn't be easier. Location and condition of the unit was fantastic. Really appreciated the kitchen - it had everything we needed. TV's are current with apps for streaming. Highly recommend this unit.

Great location and comfy!

We loved the location, as we were a quick walk to Main Street and meeting locations for the free rides. This particular room was convenient on the first floor. Perfect bunk beds for our kids. All things needed for cooking were provided. Highly recommend for families! Thanks for providing a comfy and convenient place to stay for our Thanksgiving week in Breck!

Great overall place and Great location!

Overall, a great place to stay primarily due to the location. It is walking steps from shops and restaurants. The place was clean, organized well in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Communication was great with the owner. Overall, we definitely recommend!

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The location was great as we were able to walk everywhere we went, never having to use the car. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and we enjoying sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay

We thought the condo was very nicely equipt. We had difficulty on arrival as we couldn't figure out how to unlock the door and had to ask another guest for help. The condo was nicely set up and the kitchen was well stocked. We had similar problem on leaving but the manager got back the next morning and helped us figure how to lock the door. Ice location. Close to downtown

This place suited our needs. Could use some updating and we were a little disappointed that the living room chair that’s in the photo is not in the condo. Living room furniture/arrangement wasn’t the most comfortable. Perfect location. Loved the keyless entry, made it very convenient.

Reasonably easy for 4 80+ seniors to get comfortable in this condo

Overall our impression was good. If you want our suggestions for other "old folks" I will give these suggestions: If you are coming from the "flat lands" don't expect to get over the altitude problem any time soon. After a week we still couldn't breathe after tying our shoes. Some one said that the Main Street was within walking distance-forget that. We would suggest to the management that it would be very helpful to include a map of Breckenridge in the welcome packet, directions on how to lock the door when leaving, and how to use the TV and the remote (when you don't have your grandkids nearby). A chair in the bedroom would be nice. There should be more than one wash cloth and one hand towel per person if they are staying for a week or more, or maybe some way to get them since the office is 7 miles away.

Convenient, comfy, a little dated

Nice little unit. This is SO CLOSE to Main Street! The beds were very comfortable and great sizes. They provided lots of towels. The unit was very clean upon arrival. Covered parking spot is confusing. Maintenance was not thorough before our stay. Furniture and decor is a little worn out. Lots of steps to get from car to unit.

Everything was just right

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy access to bus with a short ride to lifts. Ski down Four O’clock run at the end of the day with a short walk to the condo. Main Street is only a few blocks away. Kitchen is well stocked with all amenities. TV and WiFi were great. Comfy beds. Nice to have washer and dryer in condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything perfect for families!

We loved how close the condo was to the center of town. The National Reparatory Orchestra was in town during our stay so we were serenaded daily with beautiful music coming from their auditorium which they pipe outside. The condo was well-stocked for cooking and everything else you need. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs. The bed arrangement was perfect for our family of five and we had plenty of room in which to spread out. The company allowed us to check in very early at no extra charge which was extremely helpful. Check in and check out were easy and convenient. The only issue was the dryer’s heating coil seemed to have burned out so drying clothes took interminably long, but I’m sure they’ll get that fixed. If you want to walk to all of the great things Breckenridge has to offer, this is your place.

Nice for a family, but...

The condo is within walking distance to all of the shops on Main Street, so it's a great location. It was quiet during our stay which was nice, since we had an infant traveling with us. The inside of the condo has a nice layout for a family. There are two "suites" on each side of the hallway when you walk in, each with its own bath and bedroom. The nice part about it was you could close your main door and have your privacy. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals with all the essentials, and there was a nice Weber grill on the patio. There was also a laundry room in one of the bathrooms. The downside was that the condo is in need of renovation. The carpet is worn and smells of urine, so I'm not sure if pets have been allowed in the past. There were dirty footprints on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, and the bed pillows need to be replaced as they are stained under the pillowcases from overuse. Ugh! The kitchen appliances work, but are dated and have seen better days. The bi-fold doors on the laundry room were off their tracks and couldn't be closed. The pictures featured in the ad all look nice and bright, but lighting is everything! When we arrived, the curtains were all closed, and for good reason. The view is of the other condos, and they're very close. If you want any privacy at all, you'll keep them closed. The curtains in our bedroom were held shut with a clothespin! The only view is out the patio doors where you can see the top of the mountain in the distance. Unfortunately until this condo is updated, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Great because it was in beautiful Breckinridge. The accommodations were fine.

Property was nice and well accomodated. Hot tub was not available which was disappointing. Had more people in our condo and needed a 2nd car parking spot. Since we couldn't park the car at our complex we couldn't find free parking available. This is a new city rule about charging for parking anywhere in town. That was frustrating. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and very clean

This condo was located one block from the middle of Main Street, so was perfect for us. It was also on first floor which was convenient since we had our bikes. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials and it was very clean. The check-in and check-out was so easy and was very convenient that front door had a keypad for lock instead of keys. We highly recommend this unit.

Great location and welcoming condo, minor issues

Would definitely recommend this as it was an overall great place to stay. Location is only 1 block from main street so a quick and easy walk, condo was very large and had everything we needed. Was great for kids too with a carpet in the main living room and plenty of play space and seating. Even had full kitchen equipped so could cook / eat in if desired (coffee maker, spices, dining table, etc there as well). Only minor quibbles were: sink in master bath was clogged and didn't drain from when we arrived (I left message at Pinnacle lodging management company but did not hear back), and the walls are really thin so can hear lots of noise from condo next door / upstairs-- didn't bother us but might for others.

Amazing location and great condo

Being right off Main Street with a toddler was perfect for quick back and forth outings. We've stayed at the Village for years but we enjoyed this location far better. We will be back for sure!
