Great Value Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Good place to stay. About a 100 yard walk to the bus stop. Pretty view around. Furnished kitchen. Only negative was some of the electrical outlets are pretty old and don't hold your phone charger well.

Great Spot for a Short Ski Weekend

The location was close to a shuttle stop and perfect for our needs for the weekend. Check-in was less convenient requiring us to go into town to get the keys, but the staff was very friendly and provided a lot of information for the shuttle and recommendations. There are quite a few stairs to get to the unit that can make it difficult to transport your skis up to the closet if they are longer bc there are tighter turns. There were pots and pans available, but there wasn't any spices or salt and pepper, so if you're planning to cook while you are there keep that in mind. Overall it was a great unit for us and for the price, I would definitely stay here again!

Ski trip 2025

First arrived unit had a terrible smell. After searching for source if odor we found it to be the garbage disposal had not been run, food scraps were stinking up the unit. No walking to places, shuttle or pov only. Unit 1 is at top of 4 flights of stairs, rough with ski boots on. You get what you get

Hands down the property manager is great to work with. The property is what it is. It’s close to the slopes and the bus is right there. It’s convenient and clean. I would stay here again but there are a few things worth mentioning… The beds are absolute rocks. My wife likes a hard bed but this one is very uncomfortable and if I stayed again I would need to buy an egg crate at Walmart Enroute. The bathroom pocket door doesn’t lock and limited privacy unless you lock the bedroom as well. There is no laundry in the actual VRBO. The cost is great so that is why I titled it you get what you get. If they put a little work into the place it would be great but unfortunately it’s very outdated. We appreciated the place and were thankful for it because for the price it’s literally right there where you want to be.

An outstanding value with wonderful customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condominium was perfect for our family of four with three beds and a pull-out sleeping couch. There was extra room for all of our luggage and gear. Although some reviews complain of the furniture, we found everything to be comfortable, practical and in good condition. We didn't need Bertoia furniture pieces in the high mountains! We were able to connect our Fire Stick to the TV and WiFi was reliable and strong. Most importantly was the value we received at the height of the holiday season. Customer service was outstanding with Michael shipping us an item we left behind at no cost. Painless, seamless, and headache free, the check in and check out process was simply visiting a drop box. Not complicated at all. Location was near the center of town with plenty of parking spaces. Bus service was nearby just a stone's throw away. Very pleased indeed.

Very motel six outdated but cleans very foiled as well as show curtain in bathroom

Very simple no personality property looks like The 70s and a four flight stair climb to boot Plus they left wood but no matches or fire starter

Will NOT stay here again...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Note to self: If you want to sleep comfortable in Colorado, book something early and DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! WORST condo I have ever stayed in. This place is in MAJOR need of updates - it was so bad, I had to take pictures when I walked in. HORRIBLE hard beds with old scratchy bedding in both rooms with non-fitting sheets, moldy bathtub, old broken pans in the kitchen, lighters that didn't work for the fireplace, nasty hair dryer, non-working cable for 3 days, missing lightbulbs, holes in kitchen walls...I can go on...book early,spend the extra money and save yourself sleepless nights.Oh, and thanks for the 2 tiny ****** rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4. Appreciate that! Had to buy our own. I will never book here again.
