  • Esta espaciosa casa adosada estilo Chalet de 2232 pies cuadrados, con 3 habitaciones y 3 baños, tiene fácil acceso a pie a las pistas de esquí 4 O'Clock (2 minutos), a la estación de Snowflake Lift / Sawmill Trail (5 minutos), a la base Peak 9 Base y a la calle Main Street (7 minutos). ), así como la céntrica calle principal (8 minutos). 3 niveles de la casa en ciudad tienen cada uno un dormitorio privado y cuarto de baño. El espectacular abovedado gran sala tiene una pared de ventanas con excelentes vistas de Mt Baldy, 2 cómodos sofás de cuero, una gran mecedora, y una chimenea de piedra preciosa, con registro de gas, gran solera y fácil de encendido / apagado del temporizador. comedor tiene una mesa de 7 pies de madera rústica con capacidad para 8. La gran cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, utensilios de cocina y vajilla para 10+, así como una barra de desayuno con 4 taburetes de cuero. El dormitorio principal tiene un techo abovedado cama de matrimonio, gran bañera de hidromasaje, cabina de ducha, lavabo doble, así como un armario lleno a ras de suelo.     Aunque muy bien situado a las pistas de esquí y el centro de Breckenridge, esta casa de pueblo de tres niveles es en una preciosa calle, arbolada, tranquila y con buenas vistas a la montaña, privacidad y un excelente acceso a la zona de juegos de la familia y el área de la piscina casa club. Es sólo media cuadra de la parada de autobús gratuito a la conducción.

This was our second time staying in Breckenridge at this wonderful property! Bill always does his best to make sure that we have everything we need, is super responsive, and just a wonderful host overall. We love staying here because of how close this lovely home is to the slopes as well as to Main Street and all the action in Breckenridge. We highly recommend it for the second time!

Great place for skiing with family at Breck

Great house and location. Bill was easy to communicate with, the description was accurate, the house is well stocked for 8 people and everything worked fine. The location is just 2 blocks from the ski lift and 3 blocks from town.

Spacious and bedrooms on three separate floors gives great privacy. An easy walk to town and for HGVC members, you are just across the street from their amenities

Great location for walking to Main St and ski lift

This townhouse feels like home. The owner is very hands on and wants you to have a great experience at his property. We cooked most of our meals here and had everything we needed and more. Location was convenient for exploring the town and also for those in our group hitting the slopes. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house and location

My wife, 4 year, and in laws had a fantastic trip. The house was great in every way and we could have easily had another couple with us. The location is fantastic, and the access to the pool which is only a 2 minute walk was a huge bonus. The owner is incredibly nice and responsive, he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect for you. Can’t say enough good things about this place, and we can’t wait to come back!

Excellent home excellent location

This townhouse was just as advertised. It is a very short walk to the heart of Breckenridge. Because it has bedroooms on all three floors it worked perfectly for my extended family. The owner was very responsive and we would definitely go back to this house it’s a winner.

Excellent Home away from Home

The multiple floor layout provided lots of space for gathering together and quiet spaces, too. Loved the attention to detail with the basic amenities - it was great having what we needed available. The property manager was great to work with!!

Breckenridge vacation

The home is very comfortable. Three levels, three bedroom, bathrooms are nice. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils. Living room for family activities. Owner very nice and well organized. I would recommend this property for families, and I would stay there again.

Great location - great communication

The house is very comfortable, we stayed 3 couples and on 2 days, we had a visit for a 7th guest and didn’t feel too crowded. The attention the owner, Bill, was outstanding. He was so responsive to any question that occurred to us, plus he has everything incredibly organized so it makes the whole process easy.. would definitely come back next year.

Wonderful family ski week

Lovely home for a family ski week. Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is a delight-updated with new appliances and well-appointed. Pretty easy walk to Snowflake lift, even easier ski down. We walked to town several nights. Easy down, not too bad back uphill. Host is very responsive. When we choose Breck again, will definitely re-book this home!

Breckenridge ski in /out townhome

This townhome is conveniently located 1.5 blocks from lift and ski run. It’s so easy to start and end the day without driving and parking. Everyone can be on own schedule because of proximity to slopes. It’s also about a 19 minute walk to Main Street for restaurants and shops. The townhome is very well equipped and everything was clean and in good condition. The host is very organized, informative and responsive.

An amazing home!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home for a week while we were in Breckenridge for a ski trip. Bill made everything so easy from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. He also provided so much information, and many resources that made everything easy and convenient. It is a super clean, well- organized property, very close to the slopes, nicely decorated, close to Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. It has beautiful views, and really feels like a home away from home. We would definitely come back when we visit Breckenridge someday. We highly recommend this wonderful property for any visit to Breckenridge.!

Our host was excellent!! After making our reservation he immediately emailed me and called to provide tons of info on the unit and especially for Breckenridge! The TH was so incredibly well stocked and incredibly clean! Kitchen had everything we needed - paper products, condiments in fridge & herbs/spices so we didn't have to buy those. Baths also well stocked - soap, shampoo, conditioner (all normal size!), TP for the week! All beds were comfortable, living space was great, large table for all 8 of us to sit together for meals, W/D with laundry supplies, heated garage!! Best of all - close enough to walk to Peak 9 Village, Snowflake Lift, and downtown, and also close to 2 bus stops. I highly recommend this TH if you are headed to Breck!!

Perfect TownHouse For Family Ski Trip

Townhouse was perfect for our family of 6. The three story townhouse had plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out and had everything from extra pillows, blankets to washing machine detergent. The gourmet kitchen more than well equipped with pots, pans, serving pieces, paper products and big table. The open living was cozy with comfortable leather couches and gas fireplace. The top floor master bedroom was perfect getaway with big soaking tub in bathroom. Washer & dryer were essential to dry ski clothes and the heated garage was perfect for putting on/off ski gear. The 5 minute walk to snowflake lift is fine for experienced skiers (snowflake is not necessarily a beginner lift), but Owner even called to discuss this and ensure we understood. Definitely would recommend!

Bill and Shelly were great hosts! They left a ton of suggestions in the condo and the property was clean and a PERFECT fit for our group of 6 adults. Easy to slopes and easy to town with plenty of space to converse on the days adventures. thanks Bill and shelly! great place!

The perfect Breckinridge vacation

This is the perfect spot to experience Breckinridge the ski resort and Breckinridge the town. Owner goes above and beyond to make sure every aspect of your trip is seemless. There’s no stone left unturned. The place was set up flawlessly and we felt like we were at home. Thanks to bill who was always quick to respond to any inquiries. I think mr Avirett was more excited for us to experience breck than maybe we were in the beginning. 😁We will be back.
