Great location to Main Street and hikes within walking distance. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed for the stay. Communication from the host was great as well up to, during and after the visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible location! Very smooth check-in process and great communication with property managers. Well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We had an excellent stay!

What a wonderful home!

We really enjoyed the house with our dogs. Very walkable to town and bus able to the gondola. Will definitely stay there again!

Great property, super close to everything

We loved our stay at the French Street Cottage. It was very convenient to everything, and it had all the amenities we needed. It was also nice to have parking for two cars. Great option for a family or small group!

Great Location!

Easy walking distance to downtown area. Great views of the mountains. We even saw moose in our neighbors yard...such a great place.

Great Location!

Can walk to everything - restaurants, shopping and south gondola. Very clean and well taken care of. Property management was great to work with.

Cute little red cottage

Perfect for our family of four. Well laid out and well appointed kitchen. My only wish was for a hot tub and a clearer shortcut to the gondola. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal Breckenridge Cottage

We had a wonderful visit to this perfect little Breckenridge place. The home itself is as advertised. It is on the smaller side, but it has everything you need for a a stay and is modern and clean.The location couldn’t be better! It is a short walk to downtown and to the gondola where you’ll find amazing Restaurants, great shopping and epic skiing and boarding.River Village is responsive and helpful.Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and always love Breckenridge. The living space is a little tight, but the kitchen is high-end and very functional. Having a garage is also a big plus. We would definitely return.

Great place - Hiccup at Check In

Clean, great location, 5 min walk to gondola. Access code did not work on garage when we arrived, however, office was pretty quick to respond and had someone come out to make it right withing 20-30 minutes.

While there were only two of us, it's perfect size for a family of 4, and you can bring your furry friend! Location is awesome and it's an easy walk to anywhere in town. The cottage is comfortable and has all the amenities you need to enjoy a great time skiing at Breckenridge. Comfortable beds, nice soaking tub, enough space in the living room for a movie or family game time. The views and sun drenched living room makes it ideal for relaxing during the day.

The place was great I enjoyed it! That's close to everything within walking distance from Breck. I would stay again but had a few issues with the neighbor in 226. She had told people working on her house to park in the parking spot, on the side of the garage, when I couldn't fit my truck in the garage. So I came home to somebody parked on the side of the garage and then after they moved, I parked my truck in front of the garage for a minute cuz I was getting ready to leave. When I came out to a letter on my truck telling me to not park in front of the garage. It's crazy she says she lives there but she has Virginia license plates.
