"Terrible!! Looking for a quiet peaceful place, not here!! With a shared toilet and shower down some creepy hallway I could literally hear someone taking a piss from my room not to mention someone's full conversation in the room next to mine. The lock on the door barely locked a swift kick would probably work better then the key. My stay lasted about 20 minutes, not a comfortable feeling at all."

"The room was as basic as it gets. There was no in-room coffee or tea. Coffee was served out of a big cylindrical coffee maker in the lobby. No morning breakfast. The website said they had memory foam mattresses but my room was a spring mattress…..and this is really weird, the spring bed mattress was turned upside down so that you would be laying on the unpadded bottom. Why would they do that? The room was also just marginally clean. The best things about the room was the off-season price and...

"Rooms are immaculate. Beds and pillows are not worn out and are so comfortable. I love the tea selection at the mini bar, and the mini fridge availability. The body care toiletries actually smell good, and for those traveling to Colorado you will appreciate the full size lotion availability to keep you from getting too dry in our desert climate. Staff are not always at the front desk and this can be frustrating especially if you are checking in late at night. I once had to wait for 10 minutes...

"Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night."

"My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. "
