Kitchen. You will love making meals in the thoughtfully designed chef's kitchen with high end GE Cafe appliances, including an induction range. There is dining table for 6 and counter seating for 4.

Living room. Cozy alpine charm with vaulted ceiling and a towering wood burning fireplace. Complimentary fire wood is just a phone call away. I hope you will enjoy choosing your next turns on the huge ski area mural on the wall.

Deck with sweeping mountain and ski area views.

Master bedroom. Located upstairs. Fall 2025 brand new king size bed with a medium firm mattress. Mountain mural takes over the entire wall. The window opens to the living room below.

Master bathroom. Spacious bathroom with tub and shower combination. It is accessible from the hallway.

Second Bedroom. Two double beds and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

Amenities. Beaver Run is a full service resort. You could be dropped off by an airport shuttle and you will find everything there. But do go see the enchanting town!! 2 pools and numerous hot tubs, sauna and steam room. Gym. Laundry facilities. Ski and bike rental and ski school. Outdoor tennis and pickleball court. Full service spa. 24/7 arcade. Free mini golf and ping pong table. Indoor ski lockers. Free town shuttle. Restaurants and convenience store. Parking. Paid parking is offered by Beaver Run.

Paid Parking. You can have up to two cars. No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed. The fee is subject to change, usually $15/night for summer and fall, $39/night winter weekdays and $42/night winter Fridays and Saturdays.

No AC. Please note that the condos at Beaver Run and vast majority of condos in Breckenridge are not equipped with AC. Windows are used to cool places down.
