"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink.
The ensuite is a nice large size.
Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats.
There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time.
The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up.
The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

"Cheap, location was okay if you have car.
Good setup, but bathroom you have to walk through a bedroom.

"The property was easily located with free parking steps away.
The place was cosy & perfect for an overnight stay, catching up with friends. We had everything we needed, we were warm & very comfortable.
The host was quick to answer my queries & although the listing was slightly incorrect, Stephen sorted it out immediately. Thank you."
