"I was disappointed in my stay at this hotel. Great location but that was it. We had a room that might as well be down a rabbit trail. Very little signage, one elevator was not working. When I asked for a map to show the best route to our room, they did not have one nor did they offer to assist us. Wasted precious time trying to get to and from our room. Should have left a bread crumb trail. Finally, the TV did not work. They offered us free breakfast to compensate but alas we had an early train...
