We love staying here when in Branson. Perfect location to get to SDC and the strip. Love the Hot Tubs.

Enjoyable

Enjoyed our stay. Close to attractions but off the strip so it was quiet. Spacious, clean and well stocked rooms had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Falls. Great location to attractions and dining. Comfortable beds and loved to be able to do the laundry after picking my kids up from camp! I would definitely stay here again!

Girls getaway

We had the best time on our short girls getaway. The property was amazing, we enjoyed lounging by the pool and our spacious rooms. The property was easy to check in and out and we were treated so kindly. Definitely will be staying again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

The resort we stayed at was perfect for our family of 6. A murphy bed, a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. Beautiful kitchen, the views were gorgeous and the kids loved the pool.

Perfect for my family of 5

My family and I had a wonderful time! The property was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, roughly 5 to 10 minutes from most of the attractions we went to. It was very convenient to have the pool right across from our building, since the week we stayed was very hot! All the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We booked this condo with plans to visit SDC and to take the kids.Well, after booking the condo I was notified by Christian (host) that the owners had cancelled our reservation.I asked Christian why our reservation had been canceled, but he said he didn’t know. Keep in mind that we were notified on Christmas Day that our reservation had been canceled. Very unprofessional. Be wary and mindful when booking with these particular owners or you may find yourselves scrambling to book a new place to stay on Christmas as well…

Nice condo and good location

I was happy with my stay overall, my only issue was that the listing does not reflect the actual property , it's pictures of a different property called Wyndham Branson at the Meadows.

Awful beds, stains on bedding and towels. Housekeeping needs to actually clean the rooms. You could not walk without the floor creaking and the washer and dryer while using was louder then the tv volume in the next room

Family vacation

Dishes in cabinet had food and hair on them, transition piece between room to small and a couple of us stepped on tack strip, sunflower seeds in corner by couch and chair, bedroom didn’t stay cold when door was shut. Oven took much longer to cook then regular time of everything we had. Internet and worked great! lol that was a must for us. Activities center was fun lots to do there.

Nice Place

WE rented direct from the property owner but the check in guy still tried hard to get us to go through the sales pitch. Offered us free dinners, $100.00 gift card etc. none of which we got because my wife forgot to take her license out of her purse with her other cards. SO we waisted 2 1/2 hrs of ur time there dealing with the sales people! They make it hard to just say no and waist your time while checking in! SO just tell them NO! JUST CHECK US IN PLEASE NO DISCOUNT TICKETS, CARDS, FOOD ETC. To much of a hassle if you don't!

Great Stay if you avoid the timeshare presentation!

I was nervous about the place after reading reviews, but we did get a nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place like we wanted. I had NO IDEA I would get stuck into a timeshare presentation for tickets to a show I wasn't planning on going to anyway. The place needs a little work as the handle to the desk broke and we couldn't use it. Also the jacuzzi tub runs out of hot water even before it's full and drains the whole time anyway. The location was about 10 minutes from anything so that was nice and the indoor/outdoor pool and arcade (free air hockey, connect 4 & pool) was fun. We never got a map, so when we left we found out there was another pool and playground that was closer that we didn't get to visit. I would never buy it as a timeshare but would stay again booking with vrbo - and skip the timeshare presentation.

Exactly as described in listing

We were on the 3rd floor and building didn’t have an elevator was the only drawback. Staff was super friendly and offered to carry stuff up for us. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very quiet, family friendly.

Okay but information was incorrect

I only selected this property because said it had nice bathrooms and each one had a jacuzzi tubs and they did not had small regular tubs. Talked to Wyndham customer service and they stated that the falls has not had these tubs for years. I was very disappointed in this. Plus the noise from upstairs neighbor was bad.
