The Space:
This home is located within Pointe Royale, a closed community with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, 18-hole golf course, and lakeside trout fishing. This home is the perfect space to unwind between ventures out to Table Rock Lake, nearby hiking trails, downtown Branson’s entertainment district, and more!
This unit is a standout as the homey interior opens right onto a gorgeous deck overlooking one of the resort’s 3 pools and kids’ play area. Access to a swim or a lounge by the pool couldn’t be easier, with the respite of your own space just steps away. Your private outdoor space is furnished with seating and a high-top table where you can enjoy snacks between swims or share a meal al fresco.
Inside the home, cozy furnishings and thoughtfully designed living spaces create an atmosphere of relaxation and gathering. In between Branson excursions and enjoying all the resort offerings, spend leisure time in the living area with plush couches and large screen tv. Meals at home can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which includes a coffee maker, toaster, and blender for your convenience. Guests have a choice of casual dining at the counter with barstools or the formal table with seating for 4.
This home sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and tv.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- A Queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.
- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- This is a walk-up unit with stairs required (18 steps). No Elevator.
- Unit is right by the pool and playground for easy access.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.
- Washer in dryer in unit available for guest use.
- Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.
This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
