Right after, Silver Dollar City opens An Old Time Christmas (Nov 7, 2026 – Jan 2, 2027), just 16 minutes away. Ya'll will love it!

Back downtown on Sunday, Dec 6, 2026, the Adoration Parade & Nativity Lighting caps off a cozy December weekend.

A short walk from the condo:

• Indoor pool, open year-round (closed Christmas Day)

• Outdoor pool, typically mid-May through early October, weather permitting



Pool towels are provided. There's no lifeguard, and children under 12 swim with a parent.

• No smoking indoors (outdoors only) and no pets

• Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM

• Noise-level monitor on the property (measures sound levels only, no recording). There are no cameras.

Thousand Hills Golf Course is right down the street, and Price Chopper groceries are about 4 minutes away. Dolly Parton's Stampede, Tanger Outlets and Branson Landing are all within about 8 minutes, and Table Rock Lake and Silver Dollar City are about 15 minutes.



This condo offers one of the best locations in Branson — close to everything, but removed enough for a restful night’s sleep.

As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
