Discover the charm of this secluded pet-friendly condo, overlooking pond and hole #10. It's just a 10-minute drive from the Hwy 76 'Strip' & a 15-minute drive from SDC, in the gated community of Pointe Royale
-Walk-In level only one step from sidewalk
-Back deck with lovely views
-Access to Lake Taneycomo within Pointe Royale Resort
Neighborhood amenities:
-2 outdoor & 1 indoor pool, outdoor hottub
-Tennis/pickleball courts, 18-hole PGA golf course, bar & grill, nature trail +
No smoking in condo or within 10 ft of buildings
Boat & trailer parking not permitted

Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*Two dogs under 35 pounds allowed.
*Dog/s must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog/s must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog/s causes any damages, you will be charged.

Note: As this condo is located within a shared building, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring units.

Enjoyed our stay except entrance to the condo was delayed for an hour as they were still cleaning it. Once we got in it was very clean though. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the bath towels. Would like to know where they purchased them. Condo was small but adequate. Will more than likely stay there again,

Overall our stay was great. The location was good in relation to all of the local activities. The pool was great. The condo was very clean. The only complaint I have was the neighbors above were very loud and there was very little hot water. We could not even get 1 hot shower before the water went cold.

Vacation in Branson

My husband and I spent four nights at this fantastic condo. We could not have asked for anything more. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when we are coming to Branson.

The location is perfect, and the space is cute and cozy.

This place was perfect for our family of 4! There were no stairs to navigate, and having a grassy area nearby for our dog made it even better. We brought fans to create white noise due to potential noise from upstairs; if you have someone above you, it can be quite disturbing, as is the case in any similar situation.The pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable, featuring a thick mattress for the kids, and they even provided bedding for it. The bed in the bedroom was also very comfy, and both the sliding glass door and the bedroom had blackout curtains. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, including a crockpot and pizza pans. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in Branson celebrating our 44th anniversary. The condo was perfect for us. Comfortable and we loved the retro look! The bed was super comfortable. Also we alway like a washer/dryer, so that was a plus! The pool was within walking distance, which was great. The location of property made getting places in Branson very easy. We will be back!

Amazing Condo

We had a great time. It was fun watching the golfers come by as they played. The condo was clean. Well stocked of the things one might need. The condo was very quiet, and we felt really relaxed when we left. We plan to stay here again in the future.

The condo was conveniently located for our visit. We had great communication with the property manager and check in was simple. The only negative was the condo could have been cleaner. There were dust balls throughout the condo and the baseboards were thick with dirt/dust.
