Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Excellent location if Silver Dollar City is on your schedule. Access is great!! A couple of small issues upon arrival but prop mgmt responded great. Patio needs cleaned and kitchen could use a few more essentials for cooking.

Branson getaway

Overall it was a great place. The bed was comfy and the condo was clean. We never could find the kitchen trashcan so you might check on that for the next guest. We never could get the living room siding glass door to lock so we put a broomstick in it. Please check on that. The location was close to all the things we wanted to do. Would stay here again.

Silver Dollar City trip

Very close to Silver Dollar City which is why we were there but had some minor issues. Listing price was inaccurate after you add the extra fees. Ceiling fan did not work. Walls were paper thin- could hear the conversation of the people above us. Only two chairs at table so if have a group of 4, not everyone can sit at table. There was no trashcan in the kitchen. Mouse issue- evidence of them in condo.

Ok for a place to stay…

We were excited to find a place that had plenty of space for 3 kids in a bedroom. The kids loved their room. Overall there were a few basic things missing. The main bathroom did not have any towel racks which made it very difficult with kids and towels. There was also no main trash can in the kitchen/living room area. We used a trash bag hung on a door. The master bed was partially hanging off the bed frame and the mattress had to be removed to fix so it was left as is. It was an ok place to stay for weekend, but not one of our favorites in that complex, as we visit often.

Perfect Getaway for Silver Dollar City and Lake

Can't beat this location for Silver Dollar City! Play at the park(less than one mile away and you don't fight traffic to enter) all day then relax by the lake, pool or hot tub when you're done! I did ask for some different pillows (just wanted some softer ones as the ones on the bed were the firmer memory foam ones) and they were delivered within hours, great service!
