Everything you need is here, including a , well-outfitted coffee bar and beverage bar, 2 TVs, and living space roomy enough to enjoy and stay comfy. Make the cozy comfort of this well-reviewed gem your Branson base for Convention Center activities & more.

The space:
You will fall in love with this adorable apartment from the moment you walk in the door into the quaint living area. As you enter you will notice it has been freshly remodeled with beautiful wood laminate flooring and sumptuous furniture. The space is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Branson! You can enjoy your favorite tv shows, play a game or just relax with a nice glass of wine or cup of coffee.

Discover the large bedroom with a comfy queen bed. Bedside table and lamp flank the bed with its sumptuous linens. Enjoy a ceiling fan circulating air overhead. Wind down to watching the smart TV in the living room. Store your belongings in the dresser and closet.

At mealtime, prep and cook in an equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

Grab your morning coffee from the coffee station with dual-function Keurig coffeemaker combined with drip coffeemaker. You’ll have plenty of coffee and tea supplies.

Refresh and rejuvenate in the luxurious full bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, and all bathroom essentials, such as towels and toiletries.

You’ll love the convenience of no-cost on-site laundry facilities in the B-Building down stairs to your unit.

Exterior security cameras are installed. Cameras facing the rear entryway, alley, and parking lot.

You have access to everything in the apartment except an owner’s closet.

No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. Door code will be sent on day of arrival.

Free parking is available for 2 vehicles.

You’ll be in the heart of the Historic Downtown Branson and in walking distance to the Convention Center, The Landing, Downtown, many shops and restaurants, plus two locations close by to ride Sparky the trolly. We stay here on our Honeymoon in Branson. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.. Great communication with home owner.

It was perfect for our needs. We didn't need a kitchen or extra beds. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything and right across from a trolly stop.

My only slight issue was locating the outside door to the hallway where unit was accessed. I think maybe some sinage by that door would make that process much quicker. The host was very prompt in answering my call.

On arrival wasn’t clear what room was ours. Had trouble figuring out how to control lights, fans, & shower . Location was great! Close to a lot of things in the area. We were able to get in contact with host easily!

Great stay!! We will be back! Just a short walk to downtown. Great communication with host. 1bedroom with a little living area was perfect for us adults to relax.
