"Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning."

"The location is incredible.The suwannee river here is paradise. Waking up & seeing deer grazing in the yard starts the day right.Listening to owls hooting doesn't get better.The house is fully stocked with all needs. Having the downstairs screened is a plus along with the extra bathroom. We spent alot of time on the upstairs deck watching sturgeon jumping. Will be back!!!!!! Thank you."

"Amazing property in a beautiful place!! Came up to enjoy the springs with my family but ended up just itching to get back to the house. So much property to explore and different activities to get in to. Michelle was wonderful and accommodated us even though there was a bit of conflict in the timing of the trip. Great hosts, gorgeous place, and a property that's worth a visit in and of itself!! If you are on the fence about where to stay for your visit, do not hesitate... this is the place!"

"Just breathtaking. Being able to sit on the front porch and watch the fish jump in the River and the deer go across the yard every morning was beautiful. We took a boat down the River towards Branford and were able to visit 5 springs 2 of which aren’t accessible by land. Could only recommend this place. Great place for families "

"My wife and I were a little apprehensive when we booked a cozy cabin near Fanning Springs for a mini-vacation instead of our usual beach getaway. But we were pleasantly surprised.“Cozy” doesn’t begin to describe it—quiet, peaceful, and full of natural magic. Time seemed to pause there. While sitting on the porch, a brave kitty approached us, and soon a whole tribe of cats had adopted us, offering nonstop purring therapy.The next day we launched the canoe and paddled through stunning Bell Springs...

"We love this property so much. It’s a very quiet getaway. No matter if the river is high or low, we always have the best time. Family friendly, tons of room and great outdoor space. "

"A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks."

"Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

The host responded quickly when we asked about a midnight arrival, assuring us late check-in was no issue. When we arrived, we had a small hiccup with the access code, but the host replied within literally 2 minutes, and everything after that was seamless!We stayed in Cabin A, a thoughtfully designed space with matching...

"This was my first time using VRBO instead of a similar company where I had been burned so many times with bad listings that I stopped traveling for a while. I was not disappointed. This place was exactly as listed. Place was clean and no bad smells. Internet worked. Air conditioner was great. Bathrooms were stocked. Beds were clean. Kitchen was stocked enough to get basic cooking done which is one of the reasons I prefer staying in a house versus a hotel. I did bring my own cast iron...
