"I was made to feel like a prisoner I this motel. In the middle of the night, not mentioned in check IN, I was made to feel like a prisoner once scolded to “enter from the back” after discovering the lobby door was locked. The front desk agent pointed towards the back of complex and screamed at me that I was to enter from there. Again, not mentioned in check in… The room floors were disgusting. Im literally surprised that I didn’t leave the property with a staph infection."

"No elevator which was a nightmare for someone in a wheelchair. We stayed on 2nd floor and had to walk luggage up the stairs and help family upstairs that was in wheelchair. Even had stairs on first floor. In the morning there was very few choices for breakfast. The cereal was stale and the area was extremely hot and reeked of something similar to cat pee."

"The property is worn. The breakfast area was dim and very old. They have a bar restaurant near that looked nice but not sure I ever saw it opened. It looked like recent paint for a quick update but it still had aged signs everywhere. Staff was great morning or night. They really made it a nice stay. On the upside they said they were bought out by another hotel chain so maybe upgrades are coming soon. Currently they are the Clarion and previously a Best Western. Good location as well."

After 4th night I asked a different front desk employee which said they clean on a request only, which I requested but again did not happen. The front desk staff did give us towels but that was it.
