"A beautiful brick house( 2 story with a basement) on a small hill as you drive up and see the American flag flying from the front porch looks just like home, very welcoming. The house was perfect for our stay( blended family and kids getting bigger) everyone had plenty of space, comfy couches/ recliners. All the linens and comfy blankets we needed were there. Everything we needed in the kitchen ( ice maker lol!!!) , washer and dryer, games to play, info on the area and things to do was...

This house can accommodate a big group, has indoor and outdoor seating, awesome parking, a fire pit for relaxing, a grill to barbecue and a washer/dryer to get your riding clothes ready for the next day. "Well maintained, staff were very couteous and mini golf was quite fun. We stayed in the farm house that can accomodate upto 12 guests (4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms), the house was decorated with antique/rusty tools that gave it a unique character,kids loved it!! Overall it was a fun experience."

"Plenty of room for gathering in a convenient location. Very useful to have garages for the side by sides and super clean and updated inside the home. Plenty of hot water! We enjoyed the Bluestone River by a fire outside each evening. Would highly recommend a stay. "
