Flip flops at the door, lake breeze in the air, and nothing but good days ahead. Bay Colony 772 is where your Gull Lake adventure begins — an easygoing upper-level condo that fits your whole group and keeps the fun going from sunrise to s'mores.

The Space
Open, airy, and ready for a crowd — this single-level condo comfortably sleeps 8 across two queen bedrooms with four queen beds total. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, so mornings run smooth even with a full house. Stock the kitchen the first night and settle in — the washer and dryer mean you can stay as long as the lake will let you.

Great location and place to stay for a girls weekend. The property has all the basic necessities, was clean/maintained, and the communication with the property manager was excellent. My only critique would be that there could be more seating in the living room area; only an arm chair and love seat couch are there, so with more than 3-4 people there is not a lot of seating in front of the fireplace & TV. My girlfriends and I all said it’d be a great place to come back to with our families as well.

We had a lovely, though very short stay, for a friend’s wedding! The condo has a great view of the lake, was clean and very comfortable and well set up with essentials. I can definitely imagine how nice it would be to stay for a longer period of time!

Spa weekend

Did a short spa weekend getaway with girlfriends. The condo was in a perfect location to go to the spa and out for dinner. There were five of us. I think the only thing we would have wanted was more seating in the living room. Otherwise everything was great. Property was also very responsive to my questions.

Excellent Stay

My family stayed at the property in September 2023. We really enjoyed our time. We found it to be clean and it had a beautiful view of the lake. We had one small issue that was taken care of right away. Definitely will stay there again!
