"We spent two weeks in this lovely cottage. It was very peaceful and quiet. The welcome pack was very much appreciated, especially the homemade bread. Tim, the owner,, made us so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful large garden. on our return from a day out.On the last day our ferry had been cancelled and Tim was there to help us. We wouldn't hesitate to book again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottage and would definitely book again! From the moment we arrived, it felt so homely, cosy and welcoming. The decor was lovely, the beds were really comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay. "Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"We appreciated the property layout and the generous room sizes. Well equipped kitchen. Sufficient numbers of things for the capacity of the house such as crockery and seating. Well located for all that Sandown has to offer. Dining table seating in kitchen that includes the wall as a back rest is poor. We used it once and then used the outside furniture. A padded panel may help. Accepting that we have parental responsibility, we couldn't fully relax in the garden with a three year old...

"The 3 storey town house enjoyed a superb location 100 yards from Sandown beach . Off road parking to rear , additional space on the development . The layout of the property provided several balconies to sit out and enjoy views over the sea . Great kitchen for cooking , TVs in most rooms , several flights of stairs so not suitable for those who would struggle . We slept with the sounds of waves breaking on the beach at night which was amazing . Some feed back about the town house complained...

"Well equipped cottage and good sized set in a quiet location with lovely views. Both double bedrooms had patio doors to outside space, one a communal courtyard, one a private garden. Easy off street parking for several cars, perfect base to explore island, Osborne house being particularly close. Easy to find after ferry from Fishbourne, stopped off at Quarr Abbey en route as literally passed its entrance. Check in easy to arrange with owner. Would recommend."
