"The first room we were given had little black bugs all over it under the sheets. The floor was sticky as if it hadn’t been cleaned from previous person. The second room was better but the front desk lady was rude when I went down to get a new room. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The hall ways were 80 degrees and smelled awful."

"Staying at your hotel was really a treat. With you being off Holmes and 105th Street it only took me 20 minutes to get to "where the action was." I liked the idea that you had quaint residences right across the street. I enjoyed myself so much I extended my visit to KC by an extra day. The staff was all very helpful especially the lady working the front desk on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The cook/server was friendly as well. Please continue your fine work."
