"Lamoka Getaway" es una hermosa casa recientemente renovada junto al lago con 2 habitaciones amplias y 1 baño con impresionantes vistas del lago Lamoka. El gran desembarque y los 70 'de la orilla del lago son ideales para nadar y navegar. Disfrutarás del plano de planta abierto y la casa cuenta con una gran terraza, espacio dedicado para comedor y cocina, asientos al aire libre con fogata. La sala de estar, con un futón para dormir adicional, tiene vistas increíbles del lago, como una postal. Cada habitación tiene un ventilador de techo y la casa tiene aire central. Para su comodidad, tendrá acceso a wi-fi, parrilla de gas al aire libre, una amplia área de estacionamiento y un muelle. También tenemos 3 kayaks y 1 canoa para uso de nuestros huéspedes. Disfrute del sol de la tarde desde esta ubicación en la costa este o camine un poco hasta el bar / restaurante local.

El lago Lamoka también está ubicado en el centro de la región vinícola de Finger Lakes, con varias micro cervecerías y está a 20 minutos de Watkins Glen, a 35 minutos de Corning, Nueva York, a 20 minutos de una gran tienda de comestibles para su comodidad. El lago Lamoka también está conectado al lago Waneta a través de un canal para que pueda disfrutar de ambos lagos. Además, hay terrenos estatales con miles de acres y millas de senderos para caminatas en minutos, y está a solo 20 minutos de distancia del Parque Estatal de Watkins Glen, con increíbles caminatas en el desfiladero y en la cascada para la ávida caminata, así como también en la pista de carreras de Watkins Glen International para entusiastas de las carreras. . Cozy and convenient

We had a great stay at this location. The hosts were very accommodating and always were available if needed. The place has a great view of the lake and there is a dock if you want to kayak or swim. We had 4 people and felt that it was plenty comfortable. I would recommend this place to stay and would stay again.

Lamoka vacation

Hosts were great and informative. The rental was exactly as advertised. Very clean! Very nice to have access to the kayaks and a canoe. Finger lakes is a wonderful region!

Relaxation lakeside

This rental has multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the lake, view and fire pit. There is a covered picnic table, standard chairs and lounge chairs. The sunsets are amazing! The location is quiet and close to multiple towns for lots of dining out options. The cabin is cozy and warm. Everything was exceptionally clean and could not be in better condition! The hosts are attentive and helped us find a local apple orchard! We had such a wonderful long weekend here. We used the kayaks, fished, hiked, toured a winery, brewery, picked apples and enjoyed a campfire nightly. We will return to this rental and area as it has so much to offer! Thank you!

Great remote getaway

We had a lovely time kayaking, canoeing, and swimming. We flew in from out of state. Because they only have salt and pepper (no coffee - which they were thankfully clear about, but also no spices, no oil, etc), then you have to buy all of that. You also have to take all of that out to get your deposit back. I see this as food waste, and unnecessary, but maybe the majority of people using this property are driving from home and can bring their own stuff. The bed in the master bedroom has a mattress where we rolled to the middle; that mattress needs to be replaced (and we are small people). The owner was available, although we did not have any needs or concerns.

Relaxing in style

This is our 4th stay at this incredible property. We didn’t think it could get any better but it did. Ed and Robin put up a gorgeous gazebo on the patio (hubby is not a direct sun fan) and it made sitting outside enjoying the lake just perfect. They also put in new water entrance steps, so many positive things about this property. We love staying here and can’t wait to come back. The place is spotless and has everything we could ever need. We highly recommend this cottage if you love relaxing with a perfect view of this beautiful lake / property. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic cottage

Ed and Robin are the best hosts! The cottage was spotless and exactly as described. We had a wonderful time using the canoe and kayaks, coffee by the water in the morning and fires in the evening. The lake is small and quiet, just what we were looking for. Many places for day trips nearby. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful experience with this property. The cottage is very clean and is tastefully decorated. Everything is well maintained both inside and outside of the cottage. The views of Lake Lamoka are absolutely beautifully! The area is very quiet which was perfect for us! Everything we wanted to do/see was a short 15-20 minute drive. We loved that we could walk around the area without having to worry about a lot of traffic. The owners live close by and are very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed meeting them! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again if we find ourselves in the area.

Great place for relaxation!

We had such a great time at this stay! Just like the pictures show, it's located right next to the lake, which was fantastic. We used the kayaks provided, dipped in the lake, and spent hours sunbathing in the lakeside patio. Robin and Ed were very welcoming, and answered all our questions. The cabin is on the smaller side, so it was perfect for our 4 adults and 1 baby group. Not sure I would recommend a bigger group, even if it accommodates it. Just note - the closest grocery stores, wineries, and breweries is about 15-20 minutes away, so plan accordingly! Regardless, we loved it here and we definitely plan on returning!

Beautiful and relaxing place

Everything about our stay was terrific. We gave 5 stars in all categories. The cottage and lake is beautiful. This lake has a quiet community and we walked the lake road several times and kayaked. It’s a great location to head either east or west to the other finger lakes. The owners provided a notebook with so many options for activities, wineries, restaurants. This is a beautiful area to visit. You won’t regret staying at this cottage.

Finger Lakes 2023

This property is immaculate. Robin came to greet us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Such a pleasant experience. This property is close to many attractions; watkins glen, many state parks and one of my new favorites is biking on the keuka outlet trail. This property has everything you need for an enjoyable week at the lake a full kitchen with everything you need to cook or just reheat leftovers. Plenty of space to spread out.The fire pit and outdoor space was wonderful and peaceful. We did not use the kayaks but they were available for our use if we wanted. Loved watching the sunset over the lake each night. A great stay!

They Thought of Everything!

This is a phenomenal stay. The property owners added wonderful touches like fuel for the first fire. The house was incredibly clean and comfortably furnished. The location is wonderful with a fantastic view of the lake and easy access!

Had the best time. Already booked for next year. Everything is exactly as presented in pictures and then some. Can't wait to come back. Tough to swim in water at times due to algae bloom, but that is to be expected in a small lake. Thanks again for a great vaca !!

Ny taste of wine!

This lake is beautiful and peaceful. Near to several wineries. Highly recommend Bully Hill. It was great. The restaurant was first rate. Even the gardens were so pretty. Wagoners we also visited. Liked there location and best root beer you ever had!

Amazing Lake Getaway

We couldn’t be happy with our stay. The property is exactly as it appeared on the listing, even a bit better. The property is located on a lake perfect for kayaking, swimming, and fishing. It is convenient to everything the Finger Lakes has to offer including vineyards and hiking. Our 9 year old absolutely loved the stay. Home is very clean and well-equipped. Hosts Robin and Ed live next door and are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will most definitely return!

Beautiful rental and peaceful and relaxing getaway

We cannot say enough about how we enjoyed our stay. Ed and Robin were such wonderful hosts. So kind and helpful and we enjoyed lots of laughs! The cottage is pristine with very comfy beds!!! So nice to get away, enjoy coffee by the lake, kayak all day and campfire each night. We truly treasured our stay and just wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect get away

Quick relaxing getaway

My friend and I took an extended weekend for some time away. We wanted a property on the lake with our own spaces. This cottage provided everything we needed, wanted and more … including the lake view!!!!! Ed & Robin are wonderful hosts. Provided tons of recommendations and great communication throughout the process. Everything we planned to do was just a quick drive away! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the FLX. Thanks again!!!
