Don’t recommend

Was promised a room with sauna and tv with the jacuzzi and there was no tv and no sauna shower gel and shampoo was empty tried to call the number I was provided with to let them know there is no tv where the jacuzzi is and also no sauna didn’t answer and gave deposit which I was ment to get back the next day but I had to keep messaging they kept saying next day then a couple of days and also tried to cut £10 off saying I checked out late which isn’t true I definitely don’t recommend to anyone makes everything look nice but it isn’t as a good as pictures also towels were used and old

Very good

Good location as it’s close to city centre and plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Free secure car park and amenities in the apartment were perfect had everything we needed. Customer service was really good and manager explained everything. Room was spacious and perfect. By far one of the best apartments to book in Bradford. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

Terrible Condition, Noisy, Ant Infested

The apartment was in terrible condition. There were cracks in the floor, dents in the walls, broken corners on glass furniture, and the bathroom doorknob came off in our hands the first time we tried to use it. The doorknob did get fixed as soon as we pointed it out, but because the door was very stiff, we had to be really careful to stop it coming off again. We kept seeing ants crawling out from under the bed and sofa, and finding them on the table / bedside tables. When we moved the sofa we saw a couple of cracks in the floor they were crawling in through. There was a cigarette burn in the bedsheet, and the walls weren't very soundproof. We were kept up all Saturday night by other guests shouting and banging on doors in the hallway.

Great night away!

Stayed overnight for our 1st wedding anniversary. The manager was friendly and explained how to use the hot tub and all the lighting , fireplaces etc. Really enjoyed our stay and would go again.

AMAZING

Most amazing apartments ever. So comfy. So clean. Everything is absolutely on point and Javed is so helpful, such a lovely gentlemen. I have never had a issue staying here and I have always enjoyed staying at the apartments. BEST ONES GOING.

Brilliant place but requires little improvements

Positives Good location, plenty of good restaurants close by. Free secure car parking available. Nice interior design in flat and spacious. Good kitchen facilities and an amazing bathroom with a brilliant hot tub. Negatives Room was always too hot, a portable fan was available to combat this but this place really needs air con. Shampoo/body wash not stocked up in bathroom, tea and sugar not stocked up in kitchen. (Rung multiple times to get this rectified and eventually had to go to office to get this sorted).

Not the best area or most attractive building from the outside. Apartment was clean but very warm. No air con and the fan did not work properly. Had a poor nights sleep. Hot tub was fab but couldn't get the TV to work. The owner did try too and was told he would try and replace the remote but we didnt hear back. Garden view not attractive. Kitchen was very clean and tidy. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Good stay

Clean from inside, very well kept and maintained. You also get that luxury feel to it. However, from the outside side its not appealing but once your inside its as though your in a totally different place! Reasonably priced and lots of local food places and shops close by and parking was no issue as they have their own private car park.

Really enjoyable stay. Amenities in the apartment were great. Comfortable bed and pillows so hot a great nights sleep. Hotel manager was great to communicate with.
