• Up to 3 dogs are welcome with prior approval.
• Pet fee: $150 per pet, per stay.
• Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off furniture and bedding.

KINDLY NOTE

• Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the property. No cameras are located inside the home.

• Noise monitoring devices may be present to help ensure compliance with local quiet-hour requirements. These devices do not record conversations or audio.

• Free on-site parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles.

• A BBQ grill is provided. An empty propane tank is provided; guests are responsible for any propane refills or tank exchanges needed during their stay.

• Guests use the home and its amenities, including stairs, bunk beds, the fire pit, and BBQ grill, at their own risk.

•Separate Rental Agreement, House Rules Addendum, and Pet Agreement (if applicable), must be acknowledged within 48 hours of booking. Please message us if you would like to review them before booking.
