Luxurious Stylish 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo with spectacular views.

Arthur Hill designed professional 27 hole golf course and tennis club setting. This quality built condo has elevators that bring you straight to your floor, reserved covered private parking spaces at front entrance exclusively for your use. Magnificently landscaped grounds, with special jogging, biking, and walking paths, bocci courts, softball fields, with 4 olympic size pools, a huge 24 hour fitness/wellness center, Jacuzzi, tiki-bar, 2 outstanding restaurants and gorgeous clubhouse. My condo is located on 3rd floor and has elegant and comfortable furnishings, in a beautiful setting including a foyer, new kitchen with lovely wood cabinets, granite counters, a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, a separate dining area and large living room, 1 55' big screen HDTV in family roof and 1 36' HDTV in Master Bedroom with full cable channel line-up including movie and sports package plus WIFI, a large master suite with king bed, a spacious guest bedroom with queen bed, 2 full-size baths including and oversized stall shower and soaking tub, up-scale fixtures and separate washer and dryer in the unit. The unit includes a relaxing large screened-in terrace, and panoramic views of lakes, golf course and of forest preserves. There are many extras, like crown moldings, paneled wood doors, and gated 24/7 security. Rent includes all utilities including water, sewer, trash pick-up, 100 channel cable-HDTV and high speed internet with WIFI. Property is also located near the NY Yankee training facility, Baltimore training center, Hard Rock café, Ellenton outlet center, the new 880,000 sq.ft. University Town Center Mall with all designer stores and restaurants, EPCOT center, and only 90 minute drive to Disney World in Orlando, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, among other resort destinations. Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island beach only minutes. 20 minute drive to downtown Sarasota, with opera, symphony, ballet and live theatre are 20 minutes away.

Guests who book for 30 days or more are eligible to receive full access to River Strand Golf & Country Club membership transferred to them. This transfer is available upon request and requires an additional fee of $535, payable to the River Strand Golf & Country Club Administration office at the time of transfer. Transfer fee is subjected to change at any time without notice.
Rentals Less than 30 days will not be eligible for transfer and will not have access to satellite, Country Club Pools and amenities.

This property was as described. It was impeccably clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen to meet all your needs for a short or long term stay. The host Antonio was incredibly responsive and ensured our stay was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this property. We enjoyed quiet mornings drinking coffee on the patio looking out at the golf course towards the Manatee River. The location is close to many attractions and beaches. Just a side note, Google maps will likely take you to a residents only gate entrance, just follow the signage to check in at the security gate about a mile down the road. Upon checking in at security I would suggest asking the security member for a printed “pass”. It makes coming and going a little easier as they will simply scan your pass upon passing through the guest lane of the security gate. It was great to finally deal with a professional host. Thank you Antonio!

The three of us spent two nights here. The unit was clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking pans, however, we did not cook in the room. We were basically there to sleep. The view out the balcony is lovely looking over a large pond with native birds. The neighborhood was quiet while we were there. We were a little surprised to find that there was no bath soap or tissues in the unit, and these are things that we have come to expect in the rentals we have booked previously. The unit itself is several minutes away from any grocery store or restaurants. I think it would be helpful if the owner supplied some local shopping /dining info within the unit itself. From the time when I was looking for a place, through the initial night of our stay, communication with the owner was typically prompt.

Such a nice condo and a fun location! Loved seeing all the wildlife from the balcony. Unfortunately our stay was too quick and we were busy so couldn’t enjoy the clubhouse and amenities but would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you!

River Hammock

Great condo and great location. Unit was very clean and well prepared for us. Owner was fabulous to work with and very accessible. All the information related to the unit and area was provided in a clear/concise format at check-in. Resort had all the amenities we were looking for, golf pickleball cycling restaurants tiki bar and lots of pools! River Strand is a beautiful resort, highly recommend!

quiet getaway

The property is located with easy access to main roads in the area. The furniture is comfortable, and the apartment location is very quiet. Being on a golf course it was fun to watch the golfers, and there is a large pond with wildlife to watch.

Wonderful week of relaxation

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The condo was immaculate and decorated as per pics online. The swimming pool was prestine and we seemed to have it to ourselves the whole week. We took advantage of stocking up on food and wine at Walmart (5 mins away) and we visited both Bradenton Beach and Siesta Keys. The only down side was we had no beach equipment so we regretted that we didn't get the landlord to put a few things from his storage locker into the condo fornuae at the beach. Buying towels and chairs and coolers for one time use seemed so wasteful. The beds were super comfy and we couldn't seem to get past 10pm before falling asleep for the night. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for privacy and a relaxing stay.

Summer Camp for Active Seniors

River Strand is a very friendly active community, with multiple swimming pools and restaurants. The golf courses are in very good condition. There are many other activities, including tennis, pickle ball, bingo, and karaoke. This condo overlooks a pond owith active wildlife, the 8th hole on the Sanctury golf course, and, in the distance, the Manatee River. The condo is in very good condition and generally very quiet. Our only problem was the remote controls on the living room TV.

Excellent experience! Hospitality was outstanding. Coffee maker broke day 2, and a new one was delivered to the door by day 5. Could use some comfortable Lanai furniture. The location was fantastic. The only downfall to the complex is the lack of any community BBQ’s.

Wonderful property, location was terrific.

The property was immaculately clean, and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony view of the golf course and the wildlife in the pond were fun to watch. Will definitely stay here again.

Few Issues

Although it was a very nice place and owner responded quickly to issues it did have some issues. Broken kitchen faucet upon arrival. TV had issues connecting, due to placement of box. Most annoying was the key pad for entry, which he could not fix from afar. He finally told us where to find key. Which alleviated aggravation for the last week. Like I said owner did respond quickly however, there seemed to be quite a bit of issues.
