Lakewood National - PIPER WAY Top Floor Corner Condo w/Views 14th & 15th Holes

Located in Lakewood National this "Birkdale" TOP FLOOR, CORNER 2-bed and 2-bath condo has stunning views of the 14th and 15th holes of the Piper golf course. A perfect 1,142 square feet of living space that includes an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with huge quartz island along with a utility/laundry area. Kitchen is fully equipped. Master suite features a king size bed with flat screen TV, large closet and en-suite bath with walk in shower. Second bedroom features a queen size bed. The living room sofa also converts to a queen size bed. The private screened lanai has beautiful views letting the breeze in and keeping the bugs out!

The condo is on the 4th floor and has elevator access. You will have one assigned covered parking space as well as lots of space for visitors.

When you rent this condo the owner's membership is transferred to the renter for the duration of the rental. The renter pays the membership transfer fee of $600.00 plus tax directly to Lakewood National Golf Club, Inc. Membership transfer provides access to all amenities in the community, including golf at our 2 Lakewood National championship golf courses, tennis, pickleball, spa, resort style lagoon pool, gym and dining at the pool-side Tiki Bar. Green fees are the responsibility of the renter.

Lakewood National is known for its two championship golf courses, one of which was named #1 by Golf Pass! Amenities include the Clubhouse with restaurant and Tiki Bar, on-site dining, fitness center, resort style swimming pools with outdoor grille and poolside service. A full service spa, tennis, pickle ball, bocce courts and more! A monthly minimum expenditure is required at the on-site Tiki Bar/Restaurant (alcohol excluded).

Easy access to I-75, local shopping and dining, University Parkway, Sarasota Airport and all that Lakewood Ranch has to offer. Lakewood Ranch includes over 150 miles of sidewalks and bike trails, parks, lakes and natures preserves. You will be minutes away from the University Town Center Mall that has wonderful dining, entertainment and night life. In close proximity to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, Siesta and Longboat Keys.

Enjoyed our stay at Piper Way!

Our family of 4 stayed here 6 weeks Dec’23- Jan ‘24. Everything was wonderful! The owner, Sharon & the property managers couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. This was our 1st time staying at LWN. Any question or concern was responded to immediately. Condo is newly furnished & beautiful with super comfy beds! It is stocked with anything you might need. Definitely a relaxing vacation home. The corner balcony is so tranquil & has amazing views. We enjoyed catching all of the amazing sunrises & sunsets. The condo is located a short couple minutes walk to 2 of the satellite pools. Parking is right outside the unit with the elevator near by. I would not only recommend this rental but would love to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! 😊
