Best View

This unit had an amazing view of the beach. If you don’t like the noseeums at sunset, you can sit in living room and experience it pest free! The accommodations were great and would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem

The condo building looks older when you arrive, but 209 is very clean and decorated beautifully. The view from the screened in porch is amazing! We had a great week here! The closet to house beach stuff for the week was a great addition with kids!

We love this location, center of island easy to navigate sunset views are awesome! Beach front, just walk out to the beach, rooms we’ve stayed in have beach chairs and umbrellas.

Best unit yet

This was by far the best unit we have stayed in at Sunset Terrace. End unit means more windows- better view. Nicely updated- good linens and mattresses. Would definitely return.

Overall the unit was beautiful. Not a fan of hearing traffic while sleeping (primary bedroom) front of unit. No elevator was disappointing. Ceiling fan in the balcony area would have been helpful( did see other units had them)Rented at other places where there was a large cooler on wheels and more comfortable beach chairs.

Bradenton Condo

We loved our week in this condo and will surely return! The pictures accurately depict everything. Light and bright and in great condition. Everything has been updated and is beautiful. Second floor so no one living above you.. End unit so altogether very quiet. Beach chairs and an umbrella in convenient storage area. Close to many restaurants. We loved it!

Suggestions

Suggestions-our experience was excellent but we feel we should make just a few suggestions. The furniture on the screened porch is totally shot as well as the living room sofa. You are unable to sit on it because it doesn’t stay in a folded up position it wants to come out into a bed.Also I think it would help with your electric bill if you would install fans in the living room bedrooms and on the back porch Dash it appears many other units have them and when you’re used to fans it’s necessary to lower the temperature on the AC to make up for not having them

Amazing getaway!

We really loved this unit and the location was amazing. Loved the screened lanai and the gorgeous gulf views. Especially enjoyed the ability to open the sliding doors wide so the indoor space felt like part of the outdoors. Beach was wide and uncrowded. Hopefully we will be back!

Incredible Week

This condo is just flat out perfect for a small family. The location is great, close to everything you need and want on the island. The sunsets here are just amazing, the sand is pristine and the beach is never crowded. The condo has all you will need for your beach days, chairs, bogie board, sand toys, umbrella, etc. We had a great , lazy week of soaking up the sun and Gulf waves. The only complaint is the bed in the master is very firm, if you like soft plush beds, this may not be the best place for you. Oh, and one piece of advice, avoid the Publix on check in Saturday on the island. It’s like a war zone with that being the only grocery store and all of those people checking in at the same time, spend a little time driving back off the island to one of the other grocery stores in Bradenton or Cortez, it will be worth your time

The location was ideal ,right in the middle of the Island. We ventured both ways ! The Condo was very nice , right on the beach . A nice home away from home !

This property was decorated very nicely. The view was stunning. Nice parking spot provided.

There was an ample supply of towels....had to purchase toilet paper, was one roll. No shampoo, and very little soap available. Kitchen was well stocked. Room in 200’s was actually 3 rd floor not second. It was actually kind of confusing who was in charge. Different individual for email contact, different person signed letter of welcome, different person for phone contact. Directions said a notice was to be provided for car window, so car would not be towed. No notice was provided for us in welcome package, was very specific we needed one. One person said we did not need it. Minor issue, but we did have one brought over to us. Limit in pool was 9 people, no problem for us....glad there were not more people wanting to swim. Pool was nice and clean. Location was near grocery store . Lovely beaches are the main draw, and there are many access points. Really is over built and very few parking areas...sad to see no preserved open land. Chairs for beach are provided, but no umbrellas. Property was nice and clean. Beds were ok, but not 5 star....for cost of rental would be nice to have top of the line.
