  • Located within walking distance to the town of Bracebridge, this cottage has the best of Muskoka living; should it be to canoe (2) kayak (2) or paddle board (2) down the river, play horseshoes or cornhole on the lawn or darts and an oldschool space invaders console with a few hundred games on a rain day? We even have door dash delivery! Hot tub under the stars, build a bonfire at night (wood provided) or try out the sauna with a plunge into the river! Equipped with an automatic whole house generac generator, power failures won't be an issue here! A level lot with no stairs inside is great for all generations! Fun to be had by all!

Dawn deserves a five plus star rating! Her property is clean, organized and she has thought of every detail to make your stay perfect. She was very responsive to questions and made the check in/out process super easy. We would return in a heartbeat!

This property was exceptional! Everything you could ever want - and several things you didn't even know you wanted - were available at this beautiful cottage. Everyone in our six person party came away with high praise for the location, amenities, and beauty of this property. Additionally, the communication with Dawn was exceptional. HIGHLY recommended!

Our host was incredible from moment 1 of our introduction, to our communications after we left, absolutely amazing. The home and property are a perfect diamond, very close to downtown but completely natural and remote feeling. We had wonderful fires, fishing and enjoyed the beautiful home and Workd Cup games. Everything about our stay was amazing! The listing was better than described and it was the perfect place for us to come back to and relax. Communication leading up to our stay and while we were there was excellent - we got clear directions and prompt replies. We would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely beautiful space! They have quite literally thought of it all when it comes to your stay at a cottage. Pet friendly, kid friendly, cozy and modern!

We loved our stay and hope to be back next summer. Dawn was an amazing host who was always quickly available, she is the most organized and well prepared host we have ever stayed with. Her cottage was beautiful and we made many memories. We spent lots of time successfully fishing with our kids on her property (super close across the road) and we were super comfortable in her air conditioning during this heat wave. The rooms were comfy, the house was amazing, and she literally thought of everything you wouldNeed. She supplied so many extras like board games, boating supplies, lots of comfy spaces to sit outside and the kitchen was beyond well stocked.It was located so closeTo downtown within walking distance and only a short drive to Santa’s village where we spent a lot of time. We loved this spot and will defentily be coming back to it again.

Place was beautiful. We arrived a little early so met Dawn and she is great. Super helpful. The cottage is well stocked with everything you can think of. There were 6 of us and there were plenty of towels, soap etc. The kitchen had all the utensils you needed. She had all these extra touches like coffee pods, cold drinks in the fridge. This week was really hot in Bracebridge, temperatures over 30C every day. The air conditioner in the living room was a lifesaver and the fans in the bedroom kept things cool. Loved it

This property was exactly what we were looking for! From the time of booking to the time of check out Dawn was so helpful and treated us like family. The dock access across the road was perfect for our son to fish as we sat on the beautiful deck. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and more! Great property in a beautiful location for a family getaway. We can’t wait to return next year.

This property suited our needs perfectly. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for my family. There were many amenities that clearly showed that the owner put a great deal of thought and consideration into providing guests with the best experience possible. The owner was very responsive ensuring that we had check-in details when the VRBO site wasn’t working and also, the electronic access to the home made access seem less. We were a very short walk to downtown shops and restaurants but property was very quiet. Really nice property, great, caring owner, we will stay again on our next visit to Bracebridge.

Our family had an incredible time at this property. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with much of the things you need during your stay. My son and I enjoyed fishing in the morning, my daughters loved the hot tub, while my personal favourite was the outdoor sauna My husband loved the calm canoe ride we took in the river across the street while the kids paddle boarded. Our last night we went to a a restaurant recommend by the property owners and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The only complaint I have is that it was too short! Next time we will book to stay longer

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place was even better than the pictures showed. Every single detail is carefully thought out, but it is not overly precious at all. I mean, it is precious, but it is functional, and unbelievably fun! Hot tub, sauna, darts, old school video game, chefs kitchen, coffee station, porches, fire pit, and a shed filled with all the water toys! Oh and also close to the cutest town! We ordered a delicious Indian dinner while watching tv, explored Bracebridge and Gravenhurst, but our favorite was just getting in the kayaks off our private dock and heading towards the falls. We swam, climbed the falls and felt like kids again. Yes, we loved the place can you tell. Ha. Our host was amazing. Available very quickly. She helped us get into a television app that we didn’t have, and we had a great chat! Thanks again! 11 stars!
