This large family home can sleep up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms - plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed! The large, open floor plan gives the space an inviting and airy feeling.

This furnished home is available for rent on a monthly- basis. This listing is available for rent for a minimum of 30 days. There is no penalty for an early departure, however, no refunds will be given.

This property is registered and licensed with the State of Montana and Gallatin County and managed by Tessa Witmer, Licensed Montana Property Manager (RRE-RPM-LIC-109282). We follow all health department regulations and pay lodging taxes on this property as required by law.

The home is nestled in a charming, tree-lined residential area of Bozeman, offering a serene neighborhood atmosphere while being conveniently close to essential businesses and exciting attractions.



Bozeman is known as “the most livable place” for good reason. Enjoy world-renowned fly fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, and backcountry exploring. Yellowstone National Park and abundant wildlife are also nearby. Don’t miss out on Bozeman’s city experience - explore the vibrant arts and culture scene with main street festivals, farmers markets, cultural centers, museums, symphonies, theaters, and art galleries.



It’s less than a mile to Gallatin Valley Mall and Whole Foods and 2.7 miles to downtown Bozeman. Find cute coffee shops, great dining options, bars, cool boutiques, and much more in the vibrant downtown! The home is also 10 miles to the airport, 20 miles to Bridger Bowl, 47 miles to Big Sky Resort, and 90 miles to Yellowstone National Park.





Getting around

There is a garage and driveway at the home for parking.



Getting around is easiest by vehicle. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you`ll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana`s beauty.



We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:

- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.

- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.

Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).

Things that didn't work

Picture of jetted tub, jets don't work! Gas fireplace doesn't work! No coffee pot until next day, no laundry soap or sheets until next day. The main reason we rented this house was for the amount of people it could sleep, and the jetted tub with grab bars. Needed the gas fireplace when we got there, it was snowing outside. cigarette putts in front yard, and garage smelled like someone had smoked in it.
