    Welcome to The Bozeman Retreat, a bright and beautifully designed private unit in the front part of the main house (Bozeman Treehouse Retreat) just seven blocks from downtown and two blocks from midtown Bozeman. This modern, efficient space blends comfort and style with thoughtful touches throughout — perfect for travelers seeking convenience and tranquility.

    Completed in December 2020, this custom-built home with 2 separate units features abundant natural light, unique global décor, and modern amenities throughout. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes relaxing easy after a day exploring Bozeman and beyond. Most of the year the main house is occupied by the owner and when she is gone both units are rented as short stay rentals. There was extensive sound insulation installed in the design but there are some sounds of water being used in the upstairs unit an sometimes sound from the stairway. The main part of the house is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, this unit is all on the ground floor.

Short getaway

We visited Bozeman for our 30th anniversary and this house was the perfect location! Super easy check in and out along with it being spotless made it even more awesome! We hope to come back again in the future!

This is an awesome place for 2. Had everything we needed and comfortable. We met the owner and she is very nice and accommodating. Very quiet street and good location. Highly recommend !

This place is well designed and outfitted. We did not make use of kitchen during our stay but it appeared to be all set for short term cooking needs. Location was good for us; this was our first visit to Bozeman.

Long Weekend in Bozeman

Our Trip was to visit our son who lives in Bozeman. The home was in a great location and within walking distance to downtown Bozeman. The unit was cozy, clean and well decorated and the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

This is a new home with all the amenities you could want. Great shower! Love that there was a ice chest and bear spray to use for Yellowstone. Very close to downtown restaurants and shops in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Would be perfect with an upgraded bed and pillows.

Wonderful!

Very cool, chic, well-designed and equipped/appointed. The location was perfect for us - easy 10 minute walk to Main and everything there. This is definitely on our “come again” list!!

Delightful

This is a wonderful new build/flip finished recently as it still has "new car smell". We stayed 10 days and it was just like being at home, everything you need. Less than 10 minute walk to Main St. and all the fun it has to offer. Great running trails nearby too. Reno was responded quickly to a few questions. You will not be disappointed!

A little jewel in a quiet neighborhood.

We were delighted with the comfort and décor of our cozy VRBO. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of the downtown area. The host provided lots of nice little "extras", such as coffee filters and laundry detergent. The host's recommendations for restaurants and activities were excellent. We would definitely stay at this VRBO again. One suggestion is grab bars in the tub/shower. We are over 70, and would have found those helpful,

Great find!

(Please do not use my name with this review. ) This property had it all. Clean, comfortable and fully stocked with up-to-date amenities. Quiet location near downtown and close to the Northside action, Wild Crumb, Bozeman Brewing, Free Fall, ice cream place, etc. Would be a great jumping off spot for Bridger in the winter. (Please don't use my name with this review.)
